Description of Work: An electrical control board needed to be replaced on my forced air furnace, The filters also needed to be replaced and I wanted to upgrade the thermostat.

Description of Work: AC system was checked and cleaned and evaluated on what was needed now and later on. Ended up finding a leak, went over pressure readings, added 1 lbs. of R22 and checking performance and pressures afterwards. Very thorough and clear communication on what can be done now (monitoring), and later (think about fixing leak).

Description of Work: Chapter 1- getting them to show up. This took more effort than your would think. I spent portions of 2 days waiting around for them only to have them not show up. One day I was told "he is coming, just very late, keep waiting only to learn later than his truck was broken & no projects were attempted that day at all" He also got sick one day, but again I had to call and figure things out instead of being asked to postpone. In the end they weren't able to perform the services advertised because I needed a new water heater. |Chapter 2 - everyone deserves a 2nd chance, so a few months later I called to see if they could give me a quote on a replacement. I called friday, monday & wed. Each time, "we promise to call you back today with the quote." Still never got a call. They should not attempt to service SF from Benicia.

Description of Work: cleaned furnace. everything went well

Description of Work: The techs arrived 1.5 hrs later than scheduled. The service technicians ran each of my units and tested the electronics on each. Each unit was running OK before the service. On each unit there was an electronic component that was showing less than ideal performance results. The technicians informed me of their findings and replaced the parts and retested the units (including freon charge). With the parts installation the tech informed me that they offer a 1 year warranty on the units - so if there is a problem, I should call them. Both techs were very professional.

Description of Work: Inspected my furnace and found a part that they recommended needed replacing |Which I owed them to do. Also next day they repaired and installed a deal to |make it easier to replace filters when needed. They had discovered a tear |in the original wall of the filter slit.

Description of Work: My heater igniter needed to be replaced. I was so happy to have heat after several days of my heater not work. It been a little over a month now and I haven't experience anymore problems.
