The service technicians were very professional and did an excellent job. Provided information on the current operating condition of the furnace along with some helpful recommendations.

This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. They said they were going to do something and said they did it. When I called back to tell them it wasn't done they said they were going to call me back (this was last year, of course it was only about two or three weeks ago), but they never did call me back. So, I was not happy with that. They came out originally soon enough. After they said they fixed the leak I noticed some time after that it was still leaking. I called them to say it was still leaking. The man that I called was not there. They said they would have him call me back and he didn't. They asked for more but I did not pay it.

Good people???.knew their business?..will use them again...

On one of the hottest days this past September, my A/C went out. It was blowing out lukewarm air. NWP was the first business of several that I called that was able to meet me in such a short notice to fix it. Thankfully it was a minor fix that did not cost a fortune. It was done in 30 mins max. $265

My heater would not shut off and at the same time was blowing cold air. All this on a day after a freeze the night before AND the day before Thanksgiving. The first place I call could not come out until 12/6 - 2 weeks out. I called NWP Heating and Air and they were not only able to give me a same day appointment but called 30 minutes before to let me know they were on their way. The guys that came were nice and very professional. They arrived on time, were very informative and cleaned up their mess. They mentioned that that my heater was nearing the end of it's life and that I should consider replacing it in the near future. They were willing to work with me on the price and perhaps subtract what I had already paid to replace the mother board. I thought this went above and beyond.

All personnel were timely, personable , and professional. Quality of work was excellent. New heater works fine.

It seemed fine. I thought they were fair. They recommended on replacing a part. To replace it, I thought the price might be a little bit high.

the workers that came and do the work were very professional, making sure to cover the carpet and clean up after they finish. when cutting the ceiling to install the grill / air duct, they made sure it was to size. They removed the old floor heater and hauled it away. The workers always asked us what we thought of the work they were doing. We asked questions or raised questions about certain things and they always had answers to make the work run smoothly.

Ceasar and his assistant arrived on time and was very professional. He performed the requested service, and explained possible service problems, and what needed to be done to delay or prevent them. The best thing is that he wasn't pushy, ...he was very pleasant.

My experience with them was not very good. They arrived late, and said that I probably need a new part, and a week later they came back with the part. By then we had found out that it was just a component that was heating after touching the frame. The boss of the company was there before, and I didn't like to deal with him. I was very impressed when they sent a man last January who took it down, and hosed it down. So I was very happy with one part, but I was not with the autumn service. When it didn't work after one day, they came back and repaired it for me, without any charge.

Our furnace wasn't working, so we called NWP Air, our preferred A/C company. They were willing to come out the next day, but I had a schedule conflict, and we made an appointment for two days later. The repairman was on time, neat and professional. He put on bootees before entering the house, and I showed him to the upstairs attic access. He was up there for a while, and came down with a diagnosis ( the motor assembly that helps trigger the system on had died) and an estimate, but he didn't have the part with him, and would have to come back the next day. I told him my wife was just out of the hospital, and we needed it as soon as possible, but we had been bundling up for a couple of days already, and tomorrow would be fine. He told me to wait and made a call. When he came back back, he said another repairman in the area had the part, and would be here in 45 minutes. He left to wait in his truck. The other guy showed up as promised, and the repair was completed the same day.
