My experience with Renee Jordan originates from the years 2003-2005. She owns a real estate brokerage firm in the City of Benicia of Bankrupt California. She was small in comparison to the other larger real estate companies on the street, but unlike the larger firms, she gives excellent service and CARES about her clients. Her agents give the personal touch, whereas the larger firms will conduct themselves in dishonest unethical behavior to gain more profit and benefit to only themselves. Several other real estate firms on the same street revolve around dishonest profit, not ethical service. I have had extremely horrible experiences with two other larger real estate firms on the same street and I can advise others to avoid them like the plague. From the very top CEO on down to the office managers, they are operated by SNAKES IN THE GRASS!! Watch out for at least two other larger real estate firms on the same street ! The DRE should place a warning label on their doors. My experience with Renee and her agents have been quite the opposite. I have been in her office often between the years of 2003 and 2006. I sold a house in Green Valley through her office in the summer of 2004 and her office did a wonderful job. Every time I spoke to Renee, she was very pleasent, but very busy servicing her clients. There was always someone in her office to take care of you. She has been in Benicia for many years and knows the Solano area very well. Renee and her staff had always been very knowledgeable on the current market conditions of the area. Her staff will give you the caring personal service that you deserve. Description of Work: My experience with Renee Jordan originates from the years 2003-2005. She brokers a small Real Estate firm in the lovely bay side City of Benicia of Bankrupt California. I had a stunning 10 month new house to sell in Green Valley (Fairfield) so I could execute a 1031 real estate exchange to purchase another Victorian Style house in then exploding Hercules. The house was in the Ventana development close to Safeway and CVS and built by notorious Northern Citation. It was two stories tall, had a back yard of over 4000 square feet and a back yard lawn of 3300 square feet. It was accented with all stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and was blessed with a view of the creek and the hills from the master bedroom. I chose an agent who was working for Renee to sell the house in the summer of 2004. We signed a listing agreement as usual and the house was placed on the market for sale just under $600,000.. We had a hard time at first to sell the house since the tenants had just moved out of the house and did not leave the house in the same immaculate condition as they moved in. The one year new kitchen grout had mold growing in it, old furniture was left behind, and the lawn clippings from the awesome 3300 square foot lawn was thrown in garbage containers in the garage to rot. The tenants did not pay the garbage bill so there was no garbage service to remove the debris. I had to quickly hide these in the garage. After several weeks, Renee's agent told me that the feedback from the visiting buyers was that many thought there was a dead animal that had been trapped and died in between the walls of the house while it was being built. That belief had sent many perspective buyers running out the front door. I could not understand how intelligent people could seriously believe that, but he insisted that several people firmly believed it and that was why they did not want the house. I then had to rapidly dispose of all the tenants belongings and the rotting grass clippings. After that, the house sold within a month. The escrow went smoothly and there were no problems. Renee's office took care of all the disclosures and inspections that were required to sell the house. The 1031 exchange went smoothly as expected. I then had a house in to become "The Crumbling Pillars of Hercules".

We live out of state and own an investment property in Vallejo, CA. Previous tenants of 17 years had vacated our property and left the house full of trash, damaged the flooring throughout, windows needed replacing, house needed painting inside & out, landscaping was ruined, termite and pest control was needed, tile work needed, new roof was needed, basically we had to gut the place and replace nearly everything! Rene got to work right away, and the very next day we had appointments with the BEST resources around for our needs! Rene has years of experience in this area, going back to her grandmother. . who worked with my father years ago. She also was instrumental in advising us what to do with the property and helping us to find a new tenant! I was overwhelmed with the work this place needed, but ultimately things came together MUCH faster than I ever imagined and we couldn't be happier!
Description of Work: Rene put us in contact with the BEST and most RESPECTED help around for a new roof, trash and clean up services, handyman work, termite and pest control services, painters, etc. She advised us on current market conditions. She was very knowledgeable about how to update the home for the market. She supervised all the work being done as we live out of state, documenting the work for us with pictures and email updates. She provided feedback on any problems to arise during the clean up, which was very extensive!

I had had two previous Realtors who I did not feel came close to performing well and who did not measure up to my standards. I had met Renee' previously when getting comps and had heard that she was a go getter from other Realtors. Renee is simply the most qualified and highly competent Realtor I have ever met. She was very patient and very thorough in her analysis of the real estate market in our area, and was always happy to meet with me, many times face to face instead of over the phone or via email, although we did utilize both. When I had questions dealing with two different lenders I found her advice to be very insightful and worthwhile. She treated me as if I were a personal friend and her knowledge of everything to do with the transaction was right on the money. She really earned every nickel of her fee and I would most highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a home in the area. She went above and beyond for me and her staff was very knowledgeable and friendly, going the extra mile in everything they did. I am very picky and I cannot say enough good things about this group of people!!
Description of Work: Navigated a reasonably experienced home-buyer through the foreclosure market to purchase a beautiful home.
