They were awesome. He had good prices. He was great. He was also very warm and engaging. He was a good guy. It was all him, he did everything. He gave us a quote, showed up on time and put them in nicely. It was great.

Larry from East Bay Blinds did an outstanding job. The quality of his work and professionalism was exemplary. I was impressed by his knowledgeable answers to my questions, his assistance in selecting the right color and texture, his punctuality at every meeting, as well as his attention to details and precision during installation. I was so pleased with Larry's work that I asked him to inspect blinds that had been previously installed by another Hunter Douglas dealer. He was easily able to repair flaws I had noticed in the other company's installation. I was also very happy to discover that Larry's outstanding craftsmanship was less expensive than the local competition. I highly recommend East Bay Blinds without reservation and plan to hire him again for my next window treatments.

Every now and then you get a service professional that makes your day with promptness, helpfulness, and professionalism. This is Larry Collins' work. He listened to our needs, took thorough measurements, and even did the installing himself to allow us to save the old valences that were in the house rather than having to get newer, modern looking ones. He was available to answer questions as needed and when there is a week's factory delay on shipping he promptly let us know. We would strongly recommend Larry and East Bay Blinds and thank Angie's List for putting us together.

Couldn't have gotten better service & Larry is charming!

Larry was AMAZING and was very accommodating with our crazy work schedule!! Our appt was at 7:30PM and he showed up promptly and was very efficient. We originally had 3-Day blinds come in to quote the job and they came in over $1K higher than Larry's initial quote. We were able to get the Hunter Douglas blinds we wanted at the cost we could afford. Larry gave us many options and spent a lot of time walking us though all options. He was extremely proactive in letting us know when the blinds arrived and scheduled an appt with us very early in the morning to fit our busy work schedule. Larry is a true expert and I would absolutely recommend him to any friends/family in the market for blinds!

They installed everything around our schedule. I would recommend them! I felt their pricing was reasonable as well.

Larry was both very friendly and very professional. He always showed up on time for appointments and worked hard while on the job. He did everything from showing us volumes of choices for blinds, shades, etc., to making careful measurements of every one of our windows, to putting up temporary blinds, ordering our permanent blinds and installing all of them once they arrived from the factory. He has a lot of knowledge of the Hunter Douglas product line which was the product line of choice for us. He walked us through all the options we had on various windows and pointed out possible pitfalls with say using certain products in areas of high moisture like bathrooms. He also had a good sense of color and style, helping us understand how a certain product would look in certain rooms. He made all the window measurements and after we made our choices he placed orders with the factory. Prior to delivery he installed termporary shades throughout our house so we could live there prior to the arrival of the finished products. He told us when the products would be ready and he delivered them all to our new home in his van. He himself installed all the new products in our house and they all came out great. He also took away all the rather formiddable about of packing material for 21 window coverings. On one large veritcal blind install, he noted a factory flaw in one of the slats. He pointed out that flaw, ordered a replacement piece and installed it on his next visit. Our experience with Larry and East Bay Blinds was 100% positive. We would and will use his services again should we need any ore window covering work and we have recommended him to others. We highly recommend East Bay Blinds to anyone in the SF Bay Area with window covering needs.
