It was excellent. I have the highest praise for them. They were very good.

I met and made an appointment to have windows measured in a rental that I own. The tenant had to take off from work to be there when they came. I talked to the company on the phone two days before the appointment. When I talked to my tenant three days after the scheduled appointment she told me that they never came. When I called the person answering the phone said that someone had come but she'd check. When she came back to the phone she said that she guessed they had overbooked, could they come tomorrow. I said no that the tenant has to take off work. She said they were sorry. They did not call to tell me that they had missed the appointment. I had to hear it second hand.

Can't say enough about this company's professionalism and customer service ethic. Both service techs (the owner for the estimate, a tech for the repairs) were excellent and did everything possible to complete what we requested in a timely, courteous, and cost-effective manner. A+++!!!

Two windows were replaced that were cracked and leaking. The window size was standard for bedrooms and the glass was double paned for security and energy. The workman was clean and only took a short while to complete the job. I have had no problems with the windows. They fit in great and seem to be just fine.

THEY WERE PLEASANT ON THE PHONE TO SET UP THE MEASURING APPOINTMENT. THEY WERE ON TIME FOR BOTH VISITS AND ACCOMPLISHED THE WORK IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.
