Description of Work: Fixed a leak on an old corroded faucet. It wasn't easy, but it went well.

Description of Work: We called and Benicia Plumbing came out to give us an estimate. He made the problem sound overwhelming and very costly, more than 25% more than the next highest quote. He didn't seem to want the business. He was courteous and friendly, but that doesn't mitigate our impression.

Description of Work: Patrick gave estimated for 50 gallon water heater replacement. We have 60s home in Walnut Creek. The water heater closet faces outdoors but has two walls in the garage. Other estimates were similar but said only a 48 gallon tank would fit. Patrick insisted a 50 would fit. Purchased an AO Smith water heater from Benicia. However during the install Patrick without telling us! Tore a wall out, then said we would have to replace , he said he did it because the water heater would not go in ?? When we told him Benicia Plumbing would have to replace the wall, he took it on his own to do the sheetrock, terrible job, left old debris behind.....Water heater itself, installation looks good but what a terrible experience.
