Everything went ok as far as I could tell, but yesterday a plumber told me the gas line was not large enough and that is why the water heater is not working properly.

I had an outstanding experience with Beastbay Plumbing & James Riggins, the pro they sent out. He quickly diagnosed my leaking ice machine and fixed it promptly. They also kept my home super clean with a matt. I would definitely book them again.

Beastbay Plumbing was very professional. They reached out right away after my request was submitted through Angi. I thought I might have a mainline that would need to be replaced but they said the meter wasn't showing that so it didn't seem to be the problem. Instead they installed a valve to cutoff the sprinkler line from the house main that feeds the sprinkler valves. This does seem to have been the case. I can replace the sprinkler line that needs attention myself. The other estimate I got to do the same work was higher so the price from Beastbay was good.

Incredible service he was on time so polite and worked late to get everything done on the same day. Above and beyond my expectations.

Unlike a competitor, Beastbay was able to work on CPVC shower plumbing. Did a good job, but didn’t automatically send a receipt to my email.

Starting with Dee, the awesome Scheduler, then the realization I had scheduled for the wrong day of the week....my bad!....the afterhours Scheduler took care of rescheduling to the correct day...yea!...and Dee followed up with me the next day.? on the day of service, my technician, Johnny, was there at the scheduled time span, and was just like Dee....the epitome of Great Customer Service. He understood all that I needed to be done and accomplished it beautifully and in a very timely manner. I am a very happy camper!

From arranging an appointment to the actual appointment, I was treated with polite service, and the technician was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained every detail of the problem and expertly accomplished the repair quickly. I won't hesitate to use this company for future plumbing repairs.
