After obtaining multiple estimates it was clear that Signature roofing was the right company to re-roof my home. George Belden is the contact person and President of the company. He was very professional, communicated clearly in person, by phone and email. He always responded in a timely fashion. Due to unusual circumstances we had to delay the project 3 months which was fine with George. Most roofing companies asked for a $1000 deposit whereas Signature only asked for $100. Several of the companies were eager to start right away but couldn't answer specific questions I had. All of my questions were answered to my full satisfaction. The work was done in a timely fashion and the workers clearly knew what they were doing. I would use them again if I needed another roof. Thanks to Signature Roofing this is the last roof I should ever need.

They did a great job. When we called George, he came out with in days, and gave us an estimate. He washable to schedule us in a two week period that worked for us.He came out on the day he told us he would and everything he told us would happen did. They had the roof off in a couple off hours and had the sheeting on by the end of the day. They were clean, professional and polite. They cleaned up after themselves every day and completed the job on time. I had questions regarding a sky light, and George was helpful and later installed the sky lights. The dirt and debris was minimal and he kept the gates closed to keep the dogs in. The roof looks great and we could not be happier. Thank you George!

Very pleasant experience overall. I do most of my work by emails and Signature Roofing was able to do virtually 100% of the communication by email. Extremely responsive any time of the day and night and thorough and clear answers to questions before, during and after the job. Very clear pricing. Dry rot estimate came out towards the higher end of what was estimated.Overall pricing was competitive. People showed up everyday on time and left on time. Job quality was good. When I pointed out a couple of issues they were fixed immediately without debate. Clean up was on time and well done. All city inspections and other paperwork was handled without any need for me to do anything. Overall the best construction/repair related experience to date.The long term quality of material and workmanship will become clearer over the next few years. If you want to remain more or less hands off and need a contractor you can trust to do a turnkey job for you without having to pay extra for the peace of mind, etc., I would not hesitate in recommending Signature Roofing.

They set a date and time, were perfectly punctual and phoned ahead to say they were on the way. They were very sensitive to the client's requests and explanations of what was wrong and the gutters went up quietly and sensitively despite some complications from my overhead patio lanai. At the end the foreman himself came and spoke with me about the extras they had done for me at my request. Those included putting leaf screens and birdcages back in which had been there when mine were first ripped out and were hauled away by the first company. They even put in a sponge which had originally been there and was hauled away. The sponge is attached at the bottom bend of the downspout and stays where the water drips down after a rain making a resounding noise. This one is right outside the head of my bed and would wake me up dripping heavily on the bare metal. That they even knew what it was impressed me.

He was very good in his presentations. He gave me all the answers to the problems that might occur with roofing and nobody else did. His bid was somewhat lower than a couple of other bids. He had a referral list that I was able to check out. They did things on time and I was pleased with what they did. I probably could have found a lower price. He was very responsive. The roof is guaranteed for 40 years.

The experience was excellent. George Belden was informative and accessible throughout the process. We had a tight travel schedule and he was able to accommodate this with advance notice. On the first day (tear off and installation of solid decking), there was a threat of rain. George had the guys work late to put up the "felt" to make sure there were no leaks! The workers were profession, arrived on time, worked hard and were surprisingly unobtrusive. The garage is unfinished (open directly to the roof) and prior to the start plastic tarp was put up to catch the debris with the removal. Very effective. The cleanup was excellent.The new gutters and downspout also went very well. The only surprises were handled well. We were informed immediately when a small area of dry rot was encountered and given options and reasonable prices to take care of this. Be sure to visit Signature Roofings website and read "The Roofing Process from Start to Finish." This is very informative and spells out exactly what to expect during the roofing process.

I would definitely recommend them. They did it in the amount of time that was said to us and when there was something wrong they came back to fix it.

The job went very well, even with the surprise second layer of roof underneath. They were very responsive and as changes needed to be made they gave fair adjustments both plus and minus. They worked quickly even given the city's byzantine permit process and the job was done well before a big rainstorm hit. They dealth with complex slope and gutter issues handily and answered questions in detail and to my satisfaction. Job was done well, permit signed off and we are very pleased with the results. I cant suggest anything they should have done differently.

They did a really good job. They were very easy to work with. They were well trained and very professional. They project manager was very responsive. They were excellent cleaning everything up afterwards. They were the last of five quotes we received and they came in underneath all the other bids and got started right away. I would highly recommend them.

I must give Signature credit where credit is due. They did a super job. They were very good. They were competitively priced. At first they were really high, but, we communicated and they came down a bit. They communicated with us about what was going on. They were great and they deserve a good recommendation.

George from signature got us a bid very quickly, and offered a $500 discount to do the job the new week, when his crew had an open spot. He answered all my questions about the job and materials, which were numerous, quickly and professionally. After agreeing to the job, the crew started early on the first day and finished early the next day. The quality of the job seems to be very good. We were heading out of town the next day, so it was important to us that they finish on time, and they did. They did a good, though not great, job of cleaning up the debris around the house. They did, however, do a good job covering all our stuff in the garage, which we really appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied.

This company did a great job for me. They gave me an excellent price and have a very nice crew. They did a very good job for us. We have a big house. It took them a lot of work to get my roof done. I really think that this company went out of their way to give a very good price. I would recommend them to others.

Very good company. They were good workers and did an excellent job. I had an old shake roof and they tore it off and now I have a shingle roof. It's so pretty. Their professional and great to do business with. They were on time and cleaned up all their mess.

My experience with this company was a good one. The company has hired a very respectful crew and does a fairly quick job. They had cleaned up everything everyday. They did not have any junk laying around. They did the job which they had stated that they would. They completed the work in a timely manner.
