Jesse showed up on time, worked with the owner by phone to estimate the scope of the work and get me the best price, and did the whole job himself. He's very professional and knowledgable about the work, and did an excellent job of cleaning and scotch-garding all the carpet and upholstery in our motor home. There were 2 bad stains that he removed completely. He also had advice for me about maintenance and protection. The considerable cost was worth it -- we've used other carpet cleaners and they just weren't as good.

It was alright, except it didn't dry as quickly as I thought it would. It didn't get the area quite as clean as I expected.

They did a good job. The carpets are old, and they WERE very dirty and stained. I just wanted to keep them going a little longer without spending a lot of money. They look remarkably good now. I used a coupon, and the measurements fit into one category on the coupon. They conscientiously did their best to measure and follow the guidelines of the coupon to assure I got the advertised price. They were very professional and efficient. They were a little over an hour outside/later the time window we agreed upon so that the crew could have a lunch hour after their morning job went longer than they thought. As a result, I decided not to have a couch and two area rugs done because my schedule was pinched. They offered to come back and do them at 1/2 price another time. I would have them return the next time I needed a simple carpet cleaning.

A contractor working in my home tracked in a large grease/mud stain on my brand new carpeting (less than 3 days old). I called Peninsula Chem-Dry in tears and they couldn't have been nicer. They assured me they could get the stain out, they would send their best person and they could come within a few hours to take care of it. They did exactly as promised and I am very grateful.

Arrived on time, courteous employees. Two men, they got a lot of spots out of the carpet.

I was able to schedule the job on a day that was convenient for me. The workers did not arrive at the originally scheduled time, but the company called to inform me that arrival would be approximately an hour later than planned. My carpets had never been professionally cleaned, so the results were dramatic. My carpets are now ''like new''. The ''dry'' cleaning method avoids having to wait for a damp carpet to dry. I am extremely pleased with the results.

NANCE'S DOES AN EXCELLENT JOB OF TAKING CARE OF ALL OF OUR CARPETS. WITH PETS AND CHILDREN, THERE IS ALWAYS A CHALLENGE FOR THEM, BUT THE CARPETS ALWAYS COME OUT LOOKING LIKE NEW ONCE THEY HAVE COMPLETED THE JOB.
