Ben methodically checked out all the conditions indicated by the error code. I don’t that he actually fixed anything, but it has been working fine for two weeks.

We didn't work with this company but they visited and we did get a quote. It was a challenging process to get them to send the quote and the quote was ultimately 2x any other we received.

Process and installation went well

They were pretty much on time and completed the work in good fashion. The workers seemed to know what they were doing.

I didn't end up using them it was just a consultation. They came out and gave me an estimate on the repair, and that was all fine. They were very upfront with me it was the cold time of the year. He told me that this is our busy time and it would take us a week or even two before we could get to you. So he was very upfront about that, in a positive way. He was a good guy. I didn't end up using them, not because of that. But they were fine, I didn't have any issues. The guy was knowledgeable. you can tell these guys are not a new comer. They are knowledgeable. When he left I wasn't scratching my head like what did he say? It was a professional experience. It was good. They weren't the cheapest in town, but they were right there. They were there when they said they would be.

They did a very good job. They're a family-owned business. They're very good at working with local companies. They do good service for customers.

The furnace works, but I still don't know what caused the electrical short that turned it off.

Tenants were previously using electric space heaters due to the previous owner's lack of upkeep. The wall heaters were broken. The tenant's electric bills were rising due to the winter months. We purchased the building, and hired Innovative Mechanical to fix all the gas heaters. They had been out of service for so long I was concerned about their safety if we turned them on. The technician ran tests, cleaned and replaced parts, and got them working. He also recommended we get the chimneys swept, which we did before lighting them up to heat the units. Once swept, the tenants were warm and their bills were reduced. Also the fire danger invoked by the use of space heaters was eliminated. Safe and sound.

Sean came out to evaluate the work and promptly sent us a quote. He was very professional and extremely responsive to our questions. He came at the start of the job to do a walk through with the two man crew. The two man crew were very polite and professional. They completed the work in just under three days and cleaned up the job site. Sean came back at the end to make sure it went well. We had to ask them to return to make some adjustments to the air flow in the duct work, and they were able to take care of it in a reasonable amount of time. If it were not for the Costco rebate we may not have used them. The price was on the higher end, but not as high as the highest quote we received, and the rebate helped. They appeared to be interested in our business and the crew was professional. We would probably use them again, with the Costco rebate, if we ever had to do a furnace replacement (I hope we do not ever again though because of the cost).

I live in Napa and was referred to this company by my friend who had an excellent experience with them.

Technician showed up on time and was thorough in asking about the problem. He went to the AC unit and evaluated it, suggesting that it needed to be replaced. The cost of the service appointment could be put toward a new unit, but we decided against it.

Innovative Mechanical did an excellent job with our HVAC. We were very happy with their work. Albert Morando, Vice-President, initially inspected our old furnace system and carefully discussed the pros and cons of different HVAC systems. He addressed our concerns about adding an air conditioner which might affect the beauty of our back yard and recommended a trim line unit. On the day we had requested, a team of four technicians arrived promptly. In two days they had everything installed and running. In addition to a wireless programmable thermostat downstairs, they brought us a portable wireless unit for our bedroom upstairs which makes it very convenient to change settings. Al checked back frequently during the work and was present during the final inspection. We highly recommend Innovative Mechanical!

It went great. They gave us a full estimate, and helped us choose a model that met our needs and was environmentally and economically efficient. When we retained them to do the work, they showed up on time, did the work quickly, and cleaned up after they were finished. The heating is fabulous - its made a huge difference in our home's comfort and value.

They were the best that I could find. They were incredible and I can refer them. They came in and installed the heating and air-conditioning system, so they replaced the existing one and they put an entire new system that included everything like the vent, all of the piping and what not. I don’t remember how much I paid; I just knew it was incredibly comparable, compared to the pricing everywhere around the area. They also have a certificate and they don’t know what it is for, but it is something regarding going green, so they are environment friendly which appealed to me. They were professional. The job was done quickly, and it was done incredibly fast. They are very thorough. They didn’t leave the foot print in my home, and I currently deal with white carpets. It wasn’t as cheap as other companies were, but they were going green company, so they had that in their favor. They were here in no time at all, and they were here within the week that I called them because I needed the air conditioning. They were punctual, and I wasn’t even given a 2 hour gap. They said we will be at your home at 9 and they were here at 9 and it is hard to find it in any companies. I met 2 different gentlemen and my husband wasn’t at home and they were incredibly respectful and professional. So I felt at ease with their company and they were just thorough at their work. They do a thorough check, on a yearly basis.

They seem to be efficient. They come when they say they are going to come. They seem to know what they are doing.

Our furnace stopped working so we called Innovative Mechanical (from Angie's List) to come, diagnose and repair the problem. They told us that there would be a $150 diagnosing charge plus the cost of the repairs. When they came they told us that the furnace needed a new motor and that it would cost $500 to replace. That seemed high so we called another service (Apollo Heating) rated on Angies List. They came and replaced the motor with a new motor for $220. We feel that Innovative was trying to cheat us. Beware and check the cost of any parts if you use them.

The project seemed to go smoothly. The workers were prompt and the project was finished on time. Workers were patient with my questions and extremely courteous. They wore booties when entering the house and the place was clean inside and outside when they finished. The contract was clear and detailed. The prices and options were clear.

The phone conversation, along with the suggestion, was great.

Innovative Mechanical was responsive and easy to work with. They installed a highly efficient gas furnace and new insulated ductwork.

They are very quick. The operation manager is very quick to respond. They do good work.

The heater they sold me was 80% efficient, but the rebate the state gives you says the heater has to be 90% efficient and I wish I had known that. That was the only issue I had, otherwise, I was happy with the installation and rest of the process.

They were great. They showed up on time.
