+ 3 moreLeo has been a pleasure to work with. He was prompt with scheduling appointments, he was always on time and he truly listened to what we were trying to accomplish. He was creative and had numerous ideas that would lower the overall cost of construction since he is a contractor as well. While he wasn't the lowest bid for the architect/design, he offered a fair price and brought more experience to the job and most importantly seemed more service oriented.

Leo makes sure everything moves along quickly and doesn't drag his feet, making everything as smooth as possible. If you are looking for a small remodel or something complicated like me (2nd story addition), I highly recommend his work! You definitely won't be disappointed.
