Description of Work: Lois is fabulous. She took our initial thoughts and created a masterpiece. She's also very budget conscious and will help to craft a final plan that won't break the bank by recommending economical alternatives when needed.

 + -1 moreShe does a wonderful job, my friend has used her and everybody loves her. We buy a new house and she draws up plans and tells us how we can improve the property and then we do it bit by bit. If you have any questions she answers it.

 + -1 moreLois is easy to work with, listens to your inputs and desires and comes up with a creative, artistically pleasing design. When we had questions about some of her suggestions, Lois worked with us to come up with acceptable alternatives. She is willing to work with California natives or any combinations that meet your specifications. Once you have your plans, she gives you a list of people who you can call to get bids to implement her plans. It was a pleasure to work with her and we would hire her again with no hesitation! We have received many complements on her design.
Description of Work: Lois Miller created a landscape design for our front yard which included re-designing the approach to our house, reducing the amount of grass, adding lighting, sprinkler and drip systems and a complete plant list with instructions to whomever implemented her plans. She does 3 visits; one to gather the requirements and measurements; second to provide a preliminary plan; third to present the final detailed plans. She is one of the few people who do a fixed-price landscape design.
