Flat Rate Plumbing

They are very good. We are very satisfied with them. They did a great job. We really like the flat rate cost model, rather than a per hour plumbing cost. They spent almost a full day at our house and even had to make a separate trip back. We felt their pricing was very reasonable.

Tuesday morning, our toilet cracked right at the base where the sewage goes out. We could not use it and we needed another toilet PRONTO as we only have one bathroom. Between 7:45 and 8am I called three other plumbers, all whose hours stated open at that time. Two went to voice mail and one said they'd have folks out between 12 and 2. Fortunately, I found Leo. He answered his phone. He showed up exactly when he said he would, at 9:30. He quickly assessed the situation and talked to us about possible issues with replacing a smaller new style toilet over the old (1940s) original tile. He asked us about our budget for the replacement and gave us good guidance on two good, cost effective brands. My partner went to Home Depot with Leo to select and purchase the toilet. The new toilet was installed by 10:45. The cost for everything from assessment to Home Depot run to installation AND removing the old one to the dump was $180 - extremely reasonable. Leo is knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend him and will use him again - but hopefully I don't have any plumbing issues any time soon!

He is really good. He came out and helped us. He was not able to do the job when he came out because I told him the wrong job. I had another plumbing problem, he came out the next day, and he has great rates. The first time was $250, he fixed a toilet and a sewer line it took two trips for him to do that. The second job, he figured out that it was the garbage disposal that needed to be replaced, he went out and got it, put it in and charged me $100. He was very ethical. Do not waste your money on anyone else. He worked as fast as he could to get the problems fixed. He is straightforward, he knows when a problem would be too big for him to handle. He is competent and I have had no problems with his work. I used him again and will continue to use him. He needs to raise his rates or people are going to start questioning him.
