Very well.

Everything went very well. The person I spoke to for the estimate and scheduling was very nice, and the person who came to do the work was prompt, took care of the installation and was helpful with the questions I asked. I did not get multiple bids for this job so I probably could have gotten someone cheaper but the price seemed fair to me and based on past experiences with the company I knew they would do a good job.

Garage door began making loud grinding noise. Serviceman came within a few hours of our call and fixed a few parts, lubed the 30 year old system and explained everything clearly. We were delighted with same day service and the guy (Todd) definitely knew what he was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Awesome. I called one evening at 5pm. He was out the next morning and showed up a few minutes early. He was professional, friendly, prepared, and efficient. Excellent work.

Someone always responded to my phone calls for estimate, appt., payment. Worker was prompt and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a revised estimate. The cost was higher than the estimate because, over the phone, by my description, they had assumed it was a broken spring. Replacing the brackets and tortion bar was more expensive than the phone estimate. He did tell me how much it would cost before he started the work. He worked quickly and cleaned up well. So far, the door is working great again.

They were very knowledgeable about the kind of doors that we have. They did everything they said they would. The guy that did the work did a good job and was really thourough and seemed to know what he was doing. I was very satisfied with their service.

Easy to select from models in store. Family operation. Fast, efficient, professional, and friendly service from start to finish, from every person that I dealt with. Installer did high quality work. Fit was spot on. Installer noticed a loose hand rail in my garage and re-anchored it more securely (no additional charge). Installation took 3 to 4 hours. Overall very professional and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to install a new garage door.

Very smooth installation, in just the time frame predicted, of a very nice Martin insulated door with Liftmaster opener. Installer framed out the opening (I need to paint) as needed and achieved a nice snug fit, did a neat job of running the wire for the inside switch. Installer was able to install opener on one side as I hoped but didn't have confirmed in advance. Estimate was easily arranged and the company was eager for the business, sending a follow-up copy of quote.

It went very well. I am a new home owner and was a bit overwhelmed by a lot of different projects. When I met with the sales person, I was expecting a bit more guidance. He was expecting me to say, "I want this type of door." He did however leave me with good brochures and enough quotes to understand the basic price ranges. When we decided what we wanted, we placed the order over the phone because they had all the measurements. It took a couple a weeks before the door came in. It took half a day to get installed.

Work done as quoted and quality very good. Employee very friendly and explained what he was doing. Would definitely recommend to others.

Called Econo and made arrangements for an estimate, but it seemed somehow I had called them twice and had another worker come in with a lower estimate which we took upon getting it fixed at that time! Saved $100. I would assume this isn't the best way to get the best estimate. It really was a mistake on our part.

The installers were very punctual and polite. They finished the work in the estimated time of 4-5 hours. They completely cleaned up the garage and surrounding areas when they were done. Even though the work was done during our recent heat wave, the workers were very professional and helpful.

They came earlier (Monday) than our originally scheduled time (Wednesday), which was nice since our existing garage door opener wasnt working. The installer did a good job with the replacement and cleaned up well. We didnt price shop much, but I imagine we could have gotten the job done cheaper. Still, they guarantee their work for 2 years and all they do is garage doors, so we figured it was worth the expense. Overall were pleased.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE WORK AND THE PEOPLE WHO INSTALLED IT WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN TIMELY MANNER AND THE PRODUCT LOOKS AND WORKS GREAT.

THIS COMPANY WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PRICE, SERVICE, AND THE DOOR. I'VE SINCE HAD THIS COMPANY OUT FOR MAINTENANCE AND HAVE FOUND THEM TO BE REASONABLE AND CUSTOMER-SERVICE ORIENTED.

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO HAVE THE SERVICE PERFORMED. THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT THE EXACT APPOINTMENT TIME. HE CHECKED THE GARAGE DOOR HINGES FOR TIGHTNESS, CHECKED THE SPRING TESION, LUBRICATED THE HINGES AND OPENER SCREW AND FINALLY PERFORMED A SAFETY CHECK TO ENSURE THE DOOR REVERSES IF IT ENCOUNTERS AN OBSTACLE. HE PERFORMED THE WORK QUICKLY AND NEATLY.

THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND WITH NO MESS. THEY CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT. THEY WERE VERY GOOD IN EXPLAINING WHAT WAS BEING DONE AND HOW THAT EFFECTED HOW THE DOORS AND GARAGE OPENER WOULD WORK. I HAVE HAD THEM BACK FOR PERIODIC MAINTENANCE TO KEEP THE OPENER WORKING WELL AND QUIETLY.

I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY IF I SHOULD HAVE REASON TO CHANGE A GARAGE DOOR OR CHANGE AN OPENER. THEY EVEN THREW IN AN EXTRA OPENER AT NO CHARGE FOR ME. QUITE NICE.
