 + 0 moreThe work that his crew performed was very poor. They created many problems which Alan refuses to address. The concept of customer satisfaction is absent from this business. His response to quality and performance problems was to threaten us. One e-mail states: "regrettably your project may be held up for months while we litigate this issue".
Description of Work: Removal of shrubbery and installation of a patio. The work was never completed because Alan could not supply a concrete person. We were in the midst of a remodel and timeliness was critical. Alan insisted that we use "his" concrete person so we let our concrete person go only to find that Alan's person was not available for 3 months. He could not supply an alternate person so we were left on our own. To add insult to injury Alan then informed us that he would not let us out of our contract. When he could not perform he threatened us with legal action, work stoppages, etc. The work he did do was flawed and he refused to address any of our complaints.
