Beautiful sparking clean windows inside and out. Moises also cleaned all runners and screens. He was professional, quick and very tidy with the project. Reasonably priced. His was the first company to contact me so he got the job. I will definitely use this company again

Winston did an awesome job! He cleaned 2 bedroom windows that were so dirty I felt completely overwhelmed at the thought of cleaning them. After he cleaned the windows, I felt like a big weight had been lifted. He was very attentive to all my questions and concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with his work. He also has very reasonable rates. I highly recommend him.

Winston worked hard and steady from the minute he arrived until he left. My windows had not been cleaned for 3-5 years and many had hard water deposits. I was impressed with how clean the screens are along with the tracks that the windows slide in. He left the area cleaner than he found it.

An appointment was made and was followed with a phone call to verify I was home. The owner was Winston Tyau. He arrived within minutes with his truck fully equipped for the job. Following verification of the work to be performed, he proceeded. The job lasted roughly 3 hours. I remarked that the glass was so clean it appeared the windows were open. This is the second time I have used this contractor and both times I was well pleased. The only minor negative comment I can make is that following his request to take some oranges from my tree (request granted), he apparently ate some and left the rinds on the ground. It would have been preferred if he collected the rinds in the bag for disposal at home.

Winston Tyau arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment to deal with our large windows, figured out how to access our third story windows, and managed to finish the job in the time he estimated. There were one or two scrapes along interior walls caused by inadvertant placement of equipment but they were minor. Our windows on the third floor have no purchase requiring some ingenuity to access them from the outside. He managed this with dexterity. Winston knows his business. His work is very good, and I recommend him.
