+ -1 moreI like the price and the work they did. They came on time did what they were supposed to do plus more and I'm happy with the job they did.
Description of Work: Western Construction and Maintenance removed popcorn in three bedrooms and two hallways, re-textured and repainted the ceiling and painted the room.

+ 2 moreThe paint looks great. I expected to see parts of the old paint showing in the bottom edges of the house where it meets the dirt, but the bottom edges were painted as well. There were no obvious defects in the paint and all the patch up work looked really great. I was very happy!
Description of Work: Met James and gave him my budget on painting the exterior of my triplex + garage. His work took 3 days. First day was water blasting/cleaning the exterior. Next day was patching stucco and scraping off old paint and repairing minor exterior cracks and other patch up work, as well as masking off metal trim. Third day was painting.
