THOMPSON'S CARPET CLEANERS

Everything went very well. The extremely dirty carpets were cleaned to my absolute satisfaction.

The owner is great and he charges only 50 $ for two big area rugs. The area rugs had lots of spots made by my cats. Since I had allergies we had to use area rugs instead of carpets. I found Thompson?s, as I pass by their store always and that?s why I thought that I need to try out their services. I also asked my neighbors for carpet cleaning companies. Moreover I was trying to find a local carpet cleaning company. When I went to Thompson?s, he informed me that he would get the work done in 3 days. I think 3 days is good, as it takes a long time for drying them. He also told me that he would deliver them to my house which they usually don?t do. The area rugs are 6 by 8 in sizes. I use them to cover up the regular carpeting in order to avoid the cats from making a mess around. The owner of the company is amazing and is an old guy. He has a mom and pop kind of store. I felt like I was hanging out with my dad, when I was with him. He lived around the corner. When I drove up to the place, the gate was open to the back, but the place is like a little wooden shack. There is also a padlock on the door which says open and call number. Then when I called the number to inform him that I was waiting, he hopped on his truck and drove over. He right away asked me if I wanted the rugs cleaned which were in my car. He also has the carpets installed. This job keeps him active. He used to have big business, but now he just has little stuff with regular customers. I wouldn?t be able to comment on the work done, as I haven?t got my rugs back. I am assuming that the quality of his work would be good. I feel the price is really cheap when I compared to what my neighbor paid when she got her carpets cleaned at bigger brand name places. I feel he is probably doing a good job. He also said that his regular customers keep the carpets with their name on it on the slab behind the store. Later on, he gets in touch with them. He also said that he does regular cleaning in some apartments. He also does the carpet cleaning job for a nursing home. I was just there at his place for 15 minutes which included 3 minutes of my wait time. In fact, my mom is also going to have her carpets cleaned if my area rugs are done well. She lives about 20 miles away.

HIS PERSONALITY IS VERY NICE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE TELLS YOU WHAT YOU NEED DONE AND WHAT YOU DON'T NEED DONE. HE ALSO CLEANS THE FURNITURE. I WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM, BECAUSE HE IS FRIENDLY AND ON TIME. THEY DO AS A GOOD JOB AS CAN BE DONE ON MY CARPETS.
