+ -1 moreOne of our two roof units was not blowing cold air. Called Rand D in the afternoon and they came out the next morning. After about a and frac12; hour they quoted us about $500 total, for parts and labor, to replace a blower motor, to which we agreed. The job was completed in about 2and frac12; hours, which included the tech having to leave and go pick up the correct motor. When we received the bill it was only $375 because the tech said the motor was actually less expensive then he thought. They could very well have charged us the agreed upon price, us not being the wiser of the motor cost. They are honest, proficient, fast and reliable.
