Very impressive of James a deep knowledge of what he is doing , passionate to work , hard working , problems solving . Quantum called me even when I was still entering my info at HomeAdvisor web site. James arrived as scheduled.Very professional and displayed his knowledge of, and expertise in the job to be done. He did some wood floor repairs for me. Provided useful tips and advice. Listen to this: James even came back the next day when I noticed some squeaky sounds in other areas of the wood floor (unrelated to the original job) and called him. He put nails and finishes without further charge. He was quick, pleasant, and no grudges. One can t go wrong by hiring Quantum.

James responded quickly. I showed him the water damage to my hardwood floor and he understood the problem that my particular hardwood is no longer available. He had good suggestions of potential limber sources. Once i found compatible wood that I liked, he installed it very professionally and cleaned up after the job. Very pleasant man, which makes home repair projects less painful.

Fantastic job and great price! We had one of those floor heaters right at the beginning of our hallway. We removed the heater and had this huge gaping hole with a temporary piece of wood on it. This is our second project that we hired James for. He does excellent, quality work. He had to repair and refinish original hardwood floors that were 65 years old. They came out beautiful!!! We are very pleased with his workmanship, personality and fairness in price. We recommend him to anyone, especially those with original hardwood floors.

James did a great job restoring my 64 year old hardwood floor at a reasonable cost. He even cut out and replaced a few boards that were bad without charging me more. He also did a nice job putting a tile floor in the bathroom.

II was desperate. I hired 3 other flooring guys. They first had never done a floor (he lied) and left a God-awful mess. The second started, then took off because I didn't have 220 current. I even agreed to rent a machine from Home Depot., they just took off and never said a word. Then I hired Quantum, and my world changed. I was in a hurry because my mom, 102 was coming home from the Rehabilitation Hospital and I needed the house ADA Compliant. He's still working on it, for 3 solid days, and its Gorgeous. I would recommend them wholeheartedly. You won't find better.
