He was honest, did s gteat job. I would reco.mend him tp anyone. Several contractos didn't want to do it because it was a small job.

These people were fantastic. They made sure the job was done right. They replaced my support beams, my subflooring and lenolium. They even reinstalled my toilet they were fantastic id recommend them to anyone.

James, Thr contractor was very courteous and efficient in completing job.

James showed up right on time and did a careful job of removing a warped engineered wood flooring slat and replaced the piece with some leftover flooring I had from the remodel I had done with a different contractor 9 years prior. The warped slat was in a very conspicuous place in the front entryway and he was careful working around the adjacent ceramic tile from the kitchen. He also did the cosmetic finish work for me too. I would hire him again if I should have any flooring issues again. Thanks James!

This is Lee M. of Artesia, CA. I recently wrote a glowing review of Quantum Flooring. This is an update that, unfortunately, does not present James Lukasi in such a positive light. After his job was completed, I asked the moving company to bring in my bed, sofa, and television. They used Blue Tape and Frog Tape to keep the paper they put down in place. Then a painting crew arrived that spent extra time to complete work to prepare the walls. The tape the moving crew put down stayed on the floors for 4-6 weeks. When it was removed, the finish (two coats of polyurethane) came off. I believed Mr. James would back up the job he did and redo the finish. He wants to charge me an additional $1,750.00. I object. He has not contacted me and my floors look awful. TAKEAWAY: Make sure you watch the two coats being applied. Get in writing how long after floors are completed that anything can be applied, i.e., tape, area carpets, furniture. I am so very disappointed.

This gentleman knows his business of refinishing floors! His pricing is reasonable, his manner professional, his experience invaluable, his attention to detail second to none and he is always prompt and courteous. What a beautiful job he did with my white oak flooring; it looks flawless! Along the way, he patiently explained "why" it would be preferable to do the job "this" way instead of "that" way. His advice was ALWAYS spot on. He does not cut corners to save time or money. He is very conscientious in doing the job properly. I am thrilled with the results and very pleased I selected him to complete the work I've been dreaming about for years.

James did a beautiful job restoring my hardwood flooring that seemed absolutely destroyed from the previous owners of the 1950's house we just bought. James came with confidence, and the experience to refinish them. Most importantly, I trust him in my home alone when I am at work. Very nice people to work

This person was very timely. When he said the time he'd arrive he was almost always 10 to 15 minutes early which was most important to me. James was a very kind person. If he were a Doctor he would be considered to have great bedside manners. I have friends and colleagues who were following along via pictures I was sending along during the process. I have a number of people who want to hire him. Great job James great job!!!
