Look up master craftsman in the dictionary and you'll see a pic of James...not really, but it should be there! James did an awesome job at an extremely low price. We are couldn't be more satisfied, he is the best of the best...we are so lucky to have found him.

James Lukasi with Quantum is a very honest and trustworthy person. He delivered exactly what he said he would do and was a pleasure to work with. He listened to our concerns and provided real solutions for our floors. He was a professional and a master at his craft in restoring the floors. He did a wonderful job in repairing and restoring our floors which had been neglected for many years. One room even had cupping from water damage which he restored beautifully. He was careful in making sure that the color did not get on the baseboards by taping them which we very much appreciated. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Quantum Flooring (James) was completely professional. I received a quick follow-up call based on the job I submitted. I met with James at the location and he was on time and expressed interest in solving the flooring problem. We made arrangements to meet and do the necessary repair. He was totally prepared, fixed the hole in the floor, matched and stained the wood perfectly. I would never have have him do any more of my floors. My floors no longer have a flat surface, there are gouges and ripples and the finish is thin in places. I should never have paid in full. Not only would I not recommend him, I would tell anyone thinking of having Quantum do their floors not to do it.

The repair {partial replaced torn area), sanding, restaining and 2 coats of polyurethane completed and I am very pleased with the results.

My floors are beautiful! James also replaced two planks in another area where the floor boards were loose. He matched them really well, I can't tell the difference. He works diligently and Quantum flooring prices were very reasonable.

Quantum Fllooring did a ok job

James showed up on time as promised and worked straight true the jobs completion. He was always polite and receptive to any concerns. This is an old house and the job presented some challenges. His work was certainly adaquate for the job.

they were very good they cleaned up after themselves and did a great job i had several other employees here from different palces and keeping it all organized james took his shoes off each time when entering my home as it is my custom to take your shoes off at the door, and he did with no problem. he was very honest and if i need to hire him again i would. I am pleased to recommend James @ Quantum Flooring, who handled the cleaning/buffing of the hardwood floors in my 1923 Long Beach home. The process started early Saturday morning when I solicited contractor advice from Service Magic and was given a few recommendations. James called me within the hour to schedule a quote, and was on-site within a few hours... same day! Not only did he do a fantastic job with my floors, but also fixed a sticking door (that involved taking it off its hinges and cutting it down to the right size) at no charge. I was extremely satisfied with James' level of professionalism, and work performed. Nice guy, too!

Very efficient and did very good work. We were extremely satisfiied with the results of the refinishing of our hardwood floors.

James did an excellent job. We purchased a home in Torrance that was built in 1954, the hardwood floors are the original floor - red oak. They were in terrible condition, there were cut marks from someone removing carpeting prior, water stains, and termite damage. Jame said he could refinish them and he had great feedback so we went with him. James exceeded our expectations - the floor looks beautiful, there is no sign of the deep cut marks or water damage and the termite damaged floorboards have been replaced and match. Jame does great work, gave an accurate estimate, was professional, works hard - even over the weekend! and finished on time

He worked so hard and never stopped until he was done. Very nice person. Explained everything before he did it. We will be having him come back for more jobs. We will be seeing you again soon James.
