James explained the process of refinishing our hardwood floors very clearly so we understood exactly what to expect so we had no surprises. I got my floors refinished and added wood floors to my kitchen as well and I have to say that James surpassed my expectations, the floors look beautiful. James is also a very nice guy which makes it easy doing business with him, I definitely recommend him!!

James did a great job with our wood floors and was able to adjust to our fish tanks and us living in the house while he completed doing all our floors. They turned out great.

We requested surface repair and a new install to match the existing hardwood floor in a townhouse we were preparing to lease. We received 3 bids. We chose Quantum because they asked the right questions and the quote was fair and competitive. The online scheduling and communication was excellent. Upon our first inspection we requested some minor fixes and they were completed, with a smile, on time, and to our satisfaction. We also had Quantum quote and clean the carpets - which they did beautifully. We highly recommend Quantum and look forward to working with this company again.

I am SO pleased with the results of refinishing the orig 40's floors in my uncle's home, it's far beyond my expectations. The floors look amazing!! He even had to match the floor for misc. repairs and to add quite a bit to a bay window addition and it's perfect. Hired Quantum for repairs to wood flooring caused by pet urine stains. Repairs were done, but didn't quite match. After discussing this, the repairs were redone and matched perfectly. Based on the results, we did the whole house with a few repairs and complete refinishing. Time was taken to do a beautiful job at a fair price. I would definitely use Quantum Flooring again.

Ginger K. James was very professional. He cleaned up everday when finshed with the daily work. He was able to go beyond what was originally asked of him with no question. He takes pride in his work which shows with the finsihed product. I have two other rooms to have the hardwood re finshed and he will be the one I call. James did a phenominal job on refinishing my wood floors. My home is a old 1921 home with its fair share of water damage gapping and other problems. James took care of every problem with diligence and exceeded my expectations.
