Quantum Flooring

My experience with Quantum Flooring was excellent. My oak floors were brought to a better than new luster and quality. Quantum Flooring was hired to install some flooring where we had removed a fireplace hearth and walls. We were naturally concerned about having the flooring not look like it was patched, and it came out looking continuous and not at all patchy. It made the 50 year old floor look like it had been installed and finished for the first time yesterday. I highly recommend Quantum Flooring to any homeowner or business looking to restore their floors.

We used Quantum Flooring a few years ago for another project and James did a great job then and again for our latest project on May 4, 2017. James is dependable, thorough and does a professional job. We are very satisfied with his work and would highly recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

Did a nice job. Had to remove baseboards, but coded them for proper return as we now paint the rooms.

James told us it would take 2 days and that it would be 2 guys. It took 4 days and it was only 1 guy. He was always late and stayed for about 8 hours each day. He also I formed us that he would fill the space between the wall and floor, but he didnt. After ten project was complete he asked if we could take the tape off ourself? I see why I didn't want to take it off it was pretty much stuck. Love the floors disliked the lies he told us.

I am very pleased with our refinished floors. I hired Quantum Flooring to refinish our wood floors, originally placed in 1956. The team took their time to do the job right. Each step of the process was done timely and on point. They didn't rush their work, but took their time day by day to complete the job perfectly. In the end, Quantum finished the job with exactly the color I was shooting for. My wife and I are pleased with their work and would recommend their floor refinishing services.

James came out to my mother's home and removed the old carpet and tack strips in the living room to expose the original 1947 oak flooring. Was pressed for time on project so didn't have him prep and seal the wood, but will schedule another appointment to have him complete the project when my mother's schedule allows.

Jim is a true craftsman! He came on time, did the job as promised, and,he did a beautiful job!!! As a matter of fact, I have already hired him for another refinishing job!!! I highly recommend him, and will use him in the future!!!

He called as soon as I inquired on line, he showed up on time for the estimate and returned the following week to complete the work. We had our hardwood floor repaired and he did a great job. very happy with his work.

We thought it was an experienced worker & to our surprise, he was very messy to do his work. Left stains on the base boards, walls & doors. He didn't bother to cover our wood shutters to avoid extreme dust on them. We specified a light color wood floor, he showed us 3 color options. We chose the lightest brown & he decided to paint them in the darkest brown and to top it off, the edges of all the rooms are beyond ugly. We were very dissapointed with his reaction to our complaint. He wasn't willing to accept his mistake. We do not recommend.
