+ -1 moreI've used them over years and they do a fabulous job. I would rate them A on all categories. When you call them, their phone service is excellent for being scheduled. When they come out, they are timely and professional and they just get the job done. I live in a condo and I call them once a year for plumbing services and they just do a great job. I've never faced any problems that my neighbors have had.

He made recommendations. He communicated and listened. There was no hidden agenda. He knew what he was going to do and what he was going to charge. Because it was New Year's Eve I thought he might jump up the price but he didn't. I would use him in the future.

+ -1 moreDon't put corn cobbs, 25lbs of dog food, or your neighbors cat that kept you up howling all night the night before down your drain. ...But if you do? And you know you've probably done something just about as plain silly!! Quality Plumbing are the people to call!
Description of Work: After having called the guys who advertise; ..Any clog. $99! To have them then give me an estimate of $2200, and half the drain piping under the house to be replace? I called Quality Plumbing!! Doug got to the house an hour and fifteen mins. after having called. He worked a little less than 2 hrs., and freed up two separate stoppages. From $2200 to $166? You bet I'll use them again! Doug even had enough time to get to know our two french bulldogs, Buster and Stewie, a little. Next time I have the chance. I'd certainly give Quality Plumbing my recommendation.

+ -1 morePlumber came at the scheduled time. Cleared the drains. Before starting the work on the kitchen sink He noted the condition of the pipes and stated that it would probably need to be replaced. I consented to the repair. The plumber was efficient and cleaned up the work site.
Description of Work: I needed two drains cleared. A kitchen sink and a washing machine drain. The kitchen sink needed the trap replaced due to corroded pipe.

+ -1 moreI called the office and they told me the plumber would be out in two days at 8:00 am(I did not request any sooner). At the appointed time, 8:00 on the dot, he pulled up in his truck and spent the next two hours attacking my old faucet and installing the new one. He did not waste any time and did a superb job, leaving the sink cleaner than it was before he arrived.
Description of Work: Removed old leaking kitchen sink faucet and installed a new faucet(I supplied the faucet).
