Martin worked on his own dime to figure out the issues and then he worked for significantly longer hours to fix what was a much expanded scope within a very reasonable estimate. Martin showed up as discussed and mounted the TV with a mount we purchased prior to the appointment. He removed the mess of wires left sticking out of the wall by our previous tenant. He took great care to make sure the tv was in the exact position we wanted it and that it was level. He also mounted the surge protector, and arranged the wires and cables nicely on the wall so that everything fits nice and flush behind the furniture. He reconnected the DVR, Fire Stick, and Blu-ray player exactly the way he found it. He used his own vacuum cleaner to clean up the mess leaving everything neat and tidy.

Not only did Martin install our surround sound system, but he cleaned up all the existing wires and hid them from view. He was responsive and very concerned that we got what we wanted. Absolute professional and I would highly recommend to anyone!

Removed old tv and installed one on quickly. Assisted with set up and fixed my sound bar speaker quickly. Really good and timely service.

For the cleaning up of the virus, it turned out that it was just a scam to get me to pay $$ to have my computer repaired. Martin also loaded a new virus program on my computer and that was included with the price quoted. All of his work was not done in one session but more than three and he was very patient and solved all the problems.

He arrived and set up the wall mount. He was courteous, professional and very likable. He had the mount solidly secured right away and helped us customize it to the ideal height. Over the course of his work, we mentioned that we were going to replace our surround sound system with something less conspicuous. He used his experience to point to some really good options. After that, he was even willing to look at a few problems that had vexed us at our new home. He is a quick problem solver and was able and willing to do a quick fix right then and there. Great! Really fantastic service, and a great personality, we plan to hire him again, and we would also recommend him to our friends and family.

As from the first experience with Martin which was extreamly professional from begining to end, was the reason I used him again. I would utilize him again in the future. Mr. Perez is well knowledgeable of the service provided. He installed an HP ProLiant server and serves as the key component to back up our files. He took the time to set up individual folders for each of the users. The total hardware cost was $6,000. We were very pleased with his quote given that we are a nonprofit organization. I would definitely recommend Mr. Perez to do any IT work required.

Martin completed all tasks as requested. We are a Computer Services company located near Chicago. We hire MV Consultants on a regular basis to help out with one of our customer located in Irving. He has been responsive and knowledgable. We expect to continue using his services for the foreseeable future.
