+ -1 moreIn 2012 it was good but since I now have a problem with the unit they installed they aren't returning my calls.
Description of Work: 2012 Installed new Air Conditioning unit and it is now leaking water. Have called 3 times and had to leave voicemail messages each time because no one answers the phone. I have a 5 years parts warranty and a lot good that will do me because you can't contact them.

+ -1 moreHoffman was the fourth bid we got. The decision to use them was based less on price (although he WAS very competitive) and more on a gut feeling that he really knew his stuff AND would be straight forward and pleasant to deal with. My gut was correct. This is messy work and our situation presented some challenges but he was always able to confidently address them and he managed to complete the job quickly and efficiently, as quoted. They just finished today but based on how this project was executed, I'd be very comfortable recommending this company.
Description of Work: He removed and then replaced our old furnace and ducts and also installed a new four ton A/C unit on a pad outside of hour house.
