Excellent Job.

I have been using Chris and Eric since 2008, when I set up a home staging business in Los Angeles. I've never used any other company - either for staging moves or for personal moves. After a slightly shaky start, they really got their act together over the years (so ignore any Yelp reviews from 2009 or before!). For the last four years I've had fantastic service from them: very responsive, always text or call if they're running late (LA traffic - they come up from near Long Beach), and they work very fast, bringing in extra crew for the bigger jobs. I've never heard them complain about anything, nothing is a problem (even when a piece of furniture fell on Chris's face during a particularly heavy, difficult move), and they make the most stressful situations relaxed. They are also super trustworthy. For my staging jobs all over LA from the west side to the outer reaches of the San Fernando Valley, they turn up at my storage and take stuff to a given address, meeting me there and unloading everything, putting things in to place as directed. If I've forgotten something (as happened once or twice), they run back to my storage to pick it up. I'll give them the keys to my storage, my codes, everything - would trust them implicitly. Then at the end of the staging job they come and pick everything up and magically fit it all back into my storage. For my personal jobs, I've used them across Los Angeles, and recently to move a lot of stuff out to my house in the desert. Again, even in 110 degree heat, they never complain, they just keep going until the job is done. In LA I've used a couple of other moving companies - so called professionals (a division of Bekins) - and paid through the nose for a complete disaster of a personal move that virtually gave me a nervous breakdown. So the next time I used Chris and Eric, hired an additional truck, had Chris drive my car out to the desert - and it was all done as smoothly and efficiently as I could have hoped.
