Description of Work: I just got a new system installed.

Description of Work: They gave my neighbor and I a written quote. When my neighbor hired them, they would not honor there quote and wanted 2,0000.00 more for the job. They never did the job.

Description of Work: Another difficult review. The salesman did not take into account our city's permitting requirements when measuring the system for our home, and Gomez installed the unit without doing so either. The salesman based the unit only on what our house size would require. I had to go to the city and get all of the paperwork, do the calculations, and then Gomez Heating swapped out the air conditioner for the correct model that our city would approve. It cost us an additional $2,000, but we believe they did not profit from doing so. They got the unit properly permitted and were easy to deal with in the process. Do not ever allow a salesman to tell you the air conditioner can be installed without doing the permit paperwork first. It the city requirements had been taken into account properly, there would be all A's in the review. as the system seems to be working great and the work was done well and quickly.

Description of Work: they did a good job of installing a new AC in the house, and they came back a few times to "tweek" things that I asked for. I would recommend them and I would use them again.

Description of Work: I mentioned the ad in the Register and we talked about what it included and who the manufacturer was. Jeff was informative and helpful. Word of caution, don't call before you shop around and are ready to buy. Some people can believe Jeff is pushy, but he does offer a good product and the best price, and he can do so because he does a high volume. They aren't the kind to babysit the shopper, so if you do your homework and then call him, Jeff will take care of you, get you financed if necessary, and you will have a great experience. Installers were fast and efficient, responsive to questions and provided good quality work. Recommend the buyer register with Ameristar, which is a product of Ingersoll Rand, along with American Standard and Trane. Ameristar is the economical alternative for warmer climates like Southern California. Like Trane and American Standard the parts are made in the USA, however I-R ships the parts to China, has them assembled there and sent back to the USA so they can provide a lower priced product. Temps were 100 degrees plus the week following installation, and the system worked great.

Description of Work: Relocated and installed a new energy efficient furnace, and finished up the original area. Installed a new air-condition unit. Relocated thermostat. Removed asbestos from attic. Clean out ducts. They came in on time, they cleaned up, they explained/informed me on my new unit, were very professional/friendly, they were fast. I would definitely use them again
