Recently lost my beloved pet companion due to cancer. Her illness caused bleeding that got into my carpet leaving a very bad odor. Manny and Landon went over the carpeting twice using a special deodorizer to help save my year old carpet from needing replacement. Great service. Great courtesy. Highly recommended!

They came out to our house before to measure the amount of carpet that needed cleaning. They gave us a price and date. The cleaner arrived to our house on time and we paid exactly what they told us prior. Our carpets were great! They were extremely professional and we will use them again.

Brian knows his carpets. The rug hadn't been cleaned in 20 years and even though it had dog urine on it, it looks brand new. It's soft and bright again like a new rug. Great job!

I can't say enough good about the whole process from beginning to end. We contacted Bryan to come out and give us an estimate. He was prompt, friendly, but very informative and businesslike - a real pleasure to deal with. He spent a good amount of time explaining each and every step that the cleaners would perform. He went through each room to be cleaned and asked what, if any furniture we would need the cleaners to move. They were willing to move all of the furniture, but we have a few pieces that are very large and very heavy and have been in the same spot since we got our carpeting, so we didn't feel they needed moving. We also identified several areas that were badly stained. Our carpeting is five years old, but we were pleased when Bryan said it was in very good condition, especially since we had never had it cleaned (actually the library carpeting is about seven years old). The living room is 240 square feet (10 x 24), the master bedroom is 130 square feet (10 x 13), the guest room is 168 square feet (12 x 14) and the library is 336 square feet (14 x 24). The total is 874 square feet. The cleaners, Brad and Josh, arrived at the scheduled time and we walked them through each room to make sure they knew what furniture needed to be moved, stained areas, etc. Brad explained exactly what they would be doing, asked if we had any questions and he and Josh got to work In preparation, they put corner protectors on any corners that might get bumped while they were working. When they were done (it took about two hours), he took us to each room to make sure we were satisfied. The carpet looked brand new. They left us with several pairs of "booties" to wear for the first day and put styrafoam blocks or plastic squares under all the furniture to protect both the carpet and the furniture. They use steam/hot water to clean rather than chemicals, which is fine with us. The total cost was $325, but as Angie's List members we got a 10% ($32) discount, so it was only $292. To be honest, we did not get any other estimates, but everything we had read about them on Angie's List and the videos we watched on their website were impressive. We couldn't be happier. We're a little unhappy with ourselves because we didn't ask them to bring in and use the fans they have to help dry the carpet. We were told that we could ask and they would be happy to do it, but we forgot. The only downside is that we were told the owner would contact us in a few days to find out if we were happy with the work and if there were any problems. We haven't been contacted yet. In any case, the carpet looks great, they were efficient, and I would use them again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend them. Updated 6/28/2013. We were called by Bryan from Expert Carpet Care to check on the job they did and to see if we had ant problems (which we hadn't). He said the owner had been out of town and they were really backed up and apologized for taking so long to contact us.

I had a plumbing leak in the attic and the water came through the ceiling and onto the carpet. of one of my bedrooms. Though I "shop- vacd" and put fans on the carpet that removed the water, there were still rust-colored stains on the carpet.. Expert Carpet Care, Inc., came out and took my carpet into their shop. There they cleaned it numerous times and then dyed it twice and succeeded in removing all the stains. They kept me updated on the process and only charged the original one time cleaning fee. I was extremely satisfied with their work and professionalism and will gladly recommend them to others.

I called and asked for an estimate. The next morning, the owner arrived, measured the area and gave me an estimate. We agreed and he called his office for a date. There was an available time the following day. At 8:30 the next morning the truck arrived with two workers who introduced themselves, checked out the area to be cleaned and proceeded with the job. It took about two hours to complete and we were given booties to wear for the remainder of the day. The carpet looked like new and was a;most totally dry by that evening.. Several days after the cleaning the owner called and asked if all went well or if I had any questions or complaints. I thought they were very professional and I will use them whenever I need carpet cleaned and recommend them to others.

The price was fair. They spent a lot of time really looking at what the job would need. He went over all the spots in detail with what he could and couldn't do. They were able to blend the edges of spots so it looked like ther weren't even there. They did very impressive work. I would recommend them to anyone.

They cleaned the carpet in my living room and dining room. I had some pet stains that he got out with no troubles. This was better compared to another provider I had used. Virtually all the stains were gone and stayed gone. The carpets look almost brand new. They did a great job. They stuck to the quote they gave over the phone.

They did a terrific job. They were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. I was very happy with them.

I have no complaints with the service. I was not home during the time of the work but my house cleaner was there. They also followed up with a thank you after the work was complete.

Everything went very well. We called a few different companies before choosing Expert Carpet Care. We chose them because they had great reviews on Angie's List, their prices seemed competitive, and they were very helpful over the phone. My husband first spoke to Jim, the owner, and a day or two later we received a follow-up call from a very nice man named Brian, to see if we had any additional questions. They provided all the answers we were looking for, and gave us an idea of what the cleaning would cost based on the square footage of the areas to be cleaned. Brendan was the one who came to actually do the cleaning and he was very professional and friendly. He did an excellent job of protecting our furniture, walls, and staircase - which was really important to us and very much appreciated. They also offered us a 10% Angie's List discount, which was also greatly appreciated. In addition, Jim called 3 weeks after the cleaning to see how everything went and to make sure we were happy. Great customer service! We've used many carpet cleaners in the past, and this was by far our best experience. We will definitely use Expert Carpet Care in the future and would recommend them to our friends and family.

When they come everybody is very professional, very polite and very clean and they work really hard while they're here and it’s just a real comfortable situation. You don’t feel like you have to keep an eye on them or anything like that. They're just really nice group of young guys that do a good job. For price rate, they haven’t change any at all to all the years that I've used them.

From the start of the service caall on through to the follow up phone call after service was rendered the entire team was on target. Thorough from start to finish,motivated,punctual and true to their work quality--a definite hit.

Overall, I was very pleased with the work performed and every person I interacted with was very professional. Brian followed up with me about a week later as a courtesy to ensure everything was fine. I would use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The job was done great and quickly. Two separate visits within the same day were made - one for the carpet stretching and the other for the cleaning. The individual who did the carpet stretching was friendly, courteous, professional, and very skilled. He performed the task very quickly and with high quality. The cleaning went as planned as well. They performed the cleaning quickly and without much fuss. They stayed out of the way of my family and allowed us to continue to go about our day without hassle. They were also very professional and made quick work of my carpets.

I called Expert Carpet Clean to get an estimate. Jim Tanis, the owner came out to look at my place. I just got a new puppy and have white carpeting throughout my home. Jim said they would do their best but didn't make any outlandish promises. I scheduled a cleaning for the next week. They arrived promptly at 8:30, the job took about two hours, and I was pleasantly surprised. My carpets looked amazing afterward, better than when I moved in. I will definitely be using Expert Carpet Clean in the future. I was more than satisfied with their work.

I called Expert Carpet Care rather late in December, however they were able to fit me in to their schedule. The serviceperson arrived on time, he was professional in both his explanation of the work to be done, as well as in his appearance. The serviceman himself moved the furniture and placed each piece on lifts that allowed the air to circulate under tables, sofas, etc. The job was completed that same day, after which the serviceman provided plastic booties to cover our shoes and answered our questions. He gave us final instructions as to when we could actually walk on the carpeting. I have used this service previously and was very pleased with the work completed on each occasion. I would not hesitate to use this service whenever I require this type of cleaning. Everyone at Expert Carpet Care is friendly and professional.

The guy showed up on time and did a great job. He was friendly and explained how it was all gonna go. He moved the furniture, used mats on the floor and went to work. He never stopped, and the result was fantastic. The two Laz-y-Boy recliners looked brand new! At the end he cleaned up and left my house looking like he had found it.

I am very satisfied with the job done on our rugs and would recommend them to anyone who needed any type of oriental carpet cleaned. It is very hard to find someone who knows how to clean that type of rug correctly and ,more importantly, really cares about making sure it is done right. Because of our experience I have no trouble recommending them to anyone who needs any type pf carpet or upholstery cleaning done.
