It was very good. Nothing really stood out; we just pointed out that we had a stain in our front room. We had cleaned it once and within a week, it was back. He took special care and cleaned it really, really good and it has not come back.

They are good. They did a really excellent job on the carpet cleaning. They were able to get dirt and stains out that other companies said were permanent. They were very professional, very polite and on time. The carpets were great.

The service turned out wonderful. It could not have been any better. Our carpet was really filthy. They came in and gave a wonderful estimate and worked super, super hard. They actually came in twice. The first time they came in they did as much as any human being could do. The carpet in two rooms had not been professionally cleaned for about 16 years. It has been a long time. It had been vacuumed and spot cleaned and looked like it was getting dirty. Their first cleaning brought up a bunch of junk from the pad so the carpet looked great for the first couple of days, but after that it started leaking up dirt. They came back and fixed it. They came back in January just to make sure. They did the follow up for free, no extra cost. I can't ask for anything better. They work super, super hard and have a great attitude. They listen to what I say and, if for some reason I am not satisfied, they come right back and fix it. No problem. You will not have the feeling that they are not listening to you or are not doing it right. They do it right.

Excellent. Technician was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. Whole process took a little less than 2 hours, with no wasted time.

Good. The only downside was that the service person left carpet cleaning residue on my TV and furniture.

Jim and Becky did a magnificent job! They were friendly, professional, thorough, hard working. As opposed to previous carpet cleaners, they carefully protected corners and stair railings from abrasions from the hoses. They were very careful with the pieces of furniture they had to move. They worked hard at the high-traffic entry area, which I never expected to look like the rest of the carpet again--but it does! My wife and I commented that the carpet seemed even cleaner than when it was installed over 10 years ago! Expert Carpet Care may be more expensive than the deals one sees on television--but in our opinion, the results were worth far more than the few dollars we could have saved from the national brand franchises. We could not be more pleased, and would highly recommend this company.

Great job. I have used others in the past, but I think Expert Carpet did a superior job. Cost might be bit higher than others, but the quality of work is worth it. Carpet looks great and is staying cleaner. Professional and excellent service. Good customer service. Would definetly use again.

I can't tell you how pleased we are with Expert Carpet Care and especially Bryan & Brent. What great guys! They were extremely professional and hard workers. They arrived exactly at the time of our appointment, and immediately explained exactly what they were going to do. They did a great job, the carpeting looks and feels like new. We will definitely use them again.

I have used Expert Carpet Care, Inc. once however, I am about to call them in a week or so to clean my carpets and furniture again. I can't tell you how pleased I was with their service. Their business runs like a well oiled machine from beginning to end. Each serviceman has his job, which is completed beyond your expectations.

When I called to make an appointment the person who answered the phone gave me a rough estimate about how much it would cost and this estimate was accurate. Before we moved into our new home we wanted to clean our carpets and there were a few pink and black stains. I didn't expect that the stains would be completely removed but the two carpet cleaners put in so much effort and tried different cleaning solutions. The stains were greatly reduced and much less visible which was much better than I expected. The cleaners were professional and courteous. They even provided tips on how to deal with future stains and spills.

Summary: This company is stellar; our carpet is beautiful and their customer service is exemplary. Shane, the technician, did a good job getting out quite a bit of ground-in dirt and staining on our wall-to-wall carpet (beige, 6-6 nylon, installed 16 years ago). He called to say he'd be delayed for the appointment, due to Brea Mall Christmas freeway traffic. I observed Shane working efficiently, thoroughly and quickly. What a workout! The carpet looked much cleaner and fresher than before. . Embedded stains began to "wick up" to the carpet surface, and some areas remained damp, so Jim the owner raced over ASAP and spent about an hour rinsing and then drying out the carpet. One day after the second rinsing, everything looks so clean, fluffy and fresh. Jim will call in 3 weeks to ensure that all is well, and to reapply the Scotchguard. We definitely plan to use them again. Great job!

GEORGE STRETCHED 30-YEAR-OLD WALL-TO-WALL CARPET SO IT FIT LIKE NEW. MANNY AND JESSE SPOTTED AND CLEANED THE CARPET SO WELL WE WERE AMAZED AT THE RESULT. MANNY ALSO REMOVED 30 YEARS OF WAX BUILD-UP FROM THE VINYL TILE IN THE DEN AND BUFFED IT TO A GLORIOUS SHINE. ALL THREE MEN WERE PLEASANT AND COURTEOUS. WE LOVED THE WORK DONE BY THE "EXPERTS"!!

The company exceeded my expectations and restored both rugs to premium condition.

We hired them after reading their ratings on Angie’s List. They seem very honest. On the second time we used them, there were some things they had not gotten out and they were training someone. When I called them, they came out immediately to fix it as well as complete some extra things at no additional charge. We have hired them twice now and they have been great on both occasions.

They did a wonderful job on the carpets. They were friendly and professional. They were awesome.

I have used Expert Carpet Care's services twice, with the first time being over a year ago, so I have seen how their work has stood up over time. Both times I had to call on them after my tenant's had used other carpet cleaning companies that did a poor job. After my tenant's had used other carpet cleaning companies, the carpet's still had stains, and even developed more staining over time in areas that had been stain cleaned as the cleaning agents the other cleaners had used ended up attracting more dirt in these spots. I thought I was going to have to just replace my carpets. Both times Expert Carpet Care came and cleaned my carpets to where they almost looked brand new again and have extended the life of my carpets for me. They have also stood up over time with no staining in areas that were previously stain treated. They also applied fabric protectant to our new beige sectional which has so far held up well against the stains our 1 year old makes. They are pricier than other carpet cleaners, but are definitely worth it in spades.

Very good job. This was a foreclosure and so when the bank put down the cheap carpet they actually tried to reuse the old tack strip. This gentleman came out and worked and worked until it was fixed. It is still perfect and is a very high traffic area.

They arrived on time and moved all furniture. They did a terrific job on my carpets, which were very dirty from the poor job from the last carpet cleaner who I used for several years. His job only lasted three months. I was a little bit move careful this time and got a couple of quotes. Although Expert Carpet Care was a little higher then the last carpet cleaner, I watched their video and felt that they would do a better job. I lost faith in contractor's that cared about the quality of their work and Bryan Peters at Expert Carpet Care restored my faith. Bryan noted that the carpet was worn but assured me that most of the dirt could be removed. I seem to recall that the Dec carpet cleaning took days to dry and we speculated that the last guy might of left too much water in the carpet. Bryan at Expert Carpet Care said my carpets would be clean and dry within 24 hours---and they were right!! Great job and thanks for being so careful with the furniture.

Expert Carpet Care made my carpet and couch look brand new!

Manny showed up on time (actually a little early) and cleaned the downstairs carpet as well as the carpet on the stairs. Although by himself, he was able to move the agreed upon furniture easily. The job took about 2.5 hours - about as expected. Carpet was dry in 24 hours as advertised. Manny did a great job. The carpet is 23 years old and hadn't been cleaned in 15 years. It now looks very good.
