Description of Work: Cleaned our carpet. Our serviceman was very professional, removed his shoes before coming into our home. He was polite and described everything before he began. I will use them again. Very happy with the service we received.

Description of Work: They cleaned our entire carpeted area of our house, including area rugs. Prices were fair, and Craig worked with me to reduce the final cost. They provided extra 'booties' to wear to protect the work they had done. The quality of work was excellent, and, most importantly, my wife was impressed!

This review is for carpet cleaning in our Leisure World property. | |The tech arrived as promised and was very courteous. He surveyed the job and began work immediately. He did a very nice job cleaning our off-white carpet. My only complaint is that he cleaned around the bed and dresser instead of moving them. I explained that we were moving new furniture in and this may cause a problem, he told me that he would come back to clean this area if it was a problem.

Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet of of empty bedroom and was able to reduce the appearance of an existing stain that previous cleaning company was not able to get out. Then cleaned 2 other bedrooms, den and living room (had to work around furniture). Due to the distance from their place of business to my home there was a minimum fee, but I can honestly say that Jim did everything he could to help me get the full use of that "minimum fee". He was very professional as was the person answering the office phone and doing the scheduling. I was on a time crunch as funiture for the empty bedroom was on the way and they did everything possible to get to me quickly. Often, you are a woman alone, when workers come to your home. Jim was friendly, professional and I felt completely comfortable.

Description of Work: The Expert Carpet Care service man showed up early in a clean uniform and got started right to work.. He did an outstanding job on the carpet , getting out paint spots that we didn't think would ever come out using a carpet cleaner. He also cleaned the linoleun in the kitchen that I thought would have to be replaced because it looked so worn. Any other rentals that I have that need carpet and floor cleaning I will be calling Expert Carpet Care again.

Description of Work: They did work for us on 3 different occasions. First, they did a carpet repair. The wall-to-wall carpet had to be displaced due to a plumbing problem. Expert Carpet Care sent George over to repair it, and he completed the work in short order for $65.00. The second job was to clean the carpet throughout our 3200-square foot home. This cost $635. The men who did the work for very thorough and professional. They took care of moving the furniture, protecting it from the cleaning process, and then moving it back. We were amazed that they got all of the furniture back into its original locations. Turns out that they took photos of the rooms before moving the furniture. Clever! The third job was to do some spot cleaning just before we moved out of our house (in June 2012). We had made a couple of black marks on the carpet after it had been cleaned. Their usual policy is that their minimum carpet cleaning charge is $225, but they did this job for $125. These guys are great, and I recommend them highly.

Description of Work: Great customer service & quality! I called for an estimate, which was happily provided, and they ended up picking up my floor rugs the same day! While they do onsite cleaning, due to accessibility issues, they took my very large floor rugs back to their warehouse for cleaning. The pick up service was so reasonable & they did a fantastic job! Highly recommended
