Description of Work: I had Expert Carpet Care clean one room, the staircase and landings, and one small hall. Our carpet is very light (almost white), and they did an outstanding job of cleaning. I also appreciated that they did not oversell or up-sell their services. They simply informed me about the options, and also recommended services which I felt were quite appropriate to our situations.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpeted areas (two large rooms and hallway) in home. Expert Carpet Care was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet. It was our first time cleaning our carpet and we were surprised just how good of a job they did. The owner came to visit and give us a estimate. He was very friendly and courteous. The job was done punctually and professionally. They were able to get everything done in the time they said it would take. I would definitely use their service again.

He examined the carpet, told us of areas that may need special attention and reviewed the estimate before starting. I really appreciated that he told us about the cleaning solutions he used to assure us that they would not harm the dogs. Jim was professional, courteous and hard-working. We are completely satisfied.

Owner visited during process to make certain work was being done to our satisfaction. Couldn't ask for a better job. Oriental rugs were returned very clean, on time, neatly packaged, without any damage to delicate areas.
