The estimate was done by the owner Jim. Prior to knowing if Expert would be selected for the job, Jim gave me some great advice on how to care for my tile. He did not have to do that, but it showed me he enjoys the business he is in. Manny & Shane were the guys that actually did the service. They were punctual and efficient. They finished cleaning and had the fans going, told me the were going to take their lunch, came back, checked the carpet, let me know they wanted to run the fans a little longer, so, in the meantime they were going to drop off cleaned carpets they had in the truck. They came back when they said they would and also showed me some spots that they were not be able to get out so I would not be surprised. You could also tell by talking to them that they also enjoy their jobs. After the holidays, Jim also did a follow-up call to make sure that everything went okay. One additional comment, as I have gotten to know my new neighbors, I found out that my neighbor next door also recommends Expert. She has three large dogs and has hired Expert several times over the years.

They arrived at precisely the scheduled time, quickly hooked up the big truck mounted machine, did a pre-treatment of all areas, and then did a very thorough cleaning job. They moved the furniture as needed and placed protectors under the pieces that needed them. The job they did on the stairs was fantastic: the carpet looks like new. They were very careful regarding the "knick-nacks" around the stairs. I was completely satisfied with the job. I also received a follow-up call from the owner making sure that everything was satisfactory. These people are GOOD. I recommend them most highly.

They arrived on time. Did all the heavy lifting. Moved the furniture to insure a completely clean carpet. They did the job and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They left a telephone number for me to call if I found any problems and promised to come out and fix them promptly. I had no need to call them. A few days later someone from the company called to make sure that the work was done to my satisfaction. I was very happy with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. The deal was made even sweeter by the senior discount I received.

I called Tracy at the office a day or two before Thanksgiving and asked a lot of questions about what equipment would be used, how much time it would take, and how soon could they come out. she was enormously patient and took a lot of time explaining how everything would go. I was worried that my parents would be overwhelmed by the cleaning but Tracy explained the company was very familiar with working with elders because they often cleaned carpets at Leisure World in Seal Beach. Tracy scheduled the cleaning just as soon as she could after the holiday and was was very patient when I had to change it due to something I hadn't forseen. She called both me and my parents the day before to confirm, and called me afterward to make sure my parents were completely happy. They were! They had had an unhappy experience with another company a few years back and did not know who to call for the truck-mounted cleaning, which is a better cleaning method than the shampoo method they had previously. I was impressed with all of the positive reviews in Angie's list, and Expert Carpet Care did not disappoint! We will definitely have them back next time we need a thorough cleaning. They even left booties to wear until the carpet completely dried, but these were almost unnecessary as the carpet was almost completely dry by the time they finished. They even cleaned the carpet in my parents travel trailer for just a few dollars more, as well as the carpet squares my parents use as mats. My parents were thrilled to get the Angie's list discount, too.

We had some remodeling done in our living room. The remodel workers had to pull the carpet up and roll it back a couple feet in order to do their work. Once the remodel work was complete, I called Expert Carpet Care and they sent out a technician who put down a new tack strip and re-stretched the carpet. He was punctual and friendly and knew what he was doing. Later on the same day they cleaned the same carpet. They arrived a little earlier than they said they would, but that was okay. They were clean and mindful about not making a mess, and had the carpet cleaned in under an hour. The woman who works at the office is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. I picked this company because they were able to supply BOTH services that I needed, and I would highly recommend them to friends.

They are very good. We have used them in the past and will have them back in the future for upholstery cleaning. They are always professional and I have recommend them to my friends.

After having carpet cleaned in July by a different company that seemed to have done a good job, I assumed my carpet was old and worn out. But it desperately needed cleaned after the dogs came in with muddy feet and we had a party in just a few days. The other company doesn't use hot water extraction, so I thought I would try Expert Carpet Care because they were not only recommended by our favorite carpet store but also here on Angie's List. I really didn't expect any better results than the previous carpet cleaners. In fact, I figured this was the last time I was going to get this carpet cleaned before it would need to be replaced because it was too far gone. I said as much to Tim & Brandon when they arrived. Wow, was I surprised by the results of their work! Even before the carpet was thoroughly dry, it was so much brighter & the multi-colored pattern really stands out now. I was amazed that it could look so good again!

I appreciated that I was able to speak to the owner himself. He was able to schedule me out the next day. The owner offered a guarantee on his carpet cleaning by coming out himself to ensure satisfaction. I didn't end up working with them but may look into them in the future when necessary.

The team was cheerful, energetic and very polite.On room was very distress and now looks new.Expert has exceeded my expectations!

I checked Angie's List for a carpet cleaning company near my home and came up with Expert Carpet Care, Inc. We dropped the rug off on Monday. The staff person who greeted us on Monday, Tracy, was very courteous and helpful. She told us that they could deliver the rug on Thursday between 8:30am and 9:00am. They arrived within the time window, moved the furniture, placed the rug and put the furniture back. The two fellows who delivered the rug were also courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.

They are reliable. I have used them for many years. I trust them to be in the house when I am not there. They are very thorough. They don?t leave the carpet too wet. They suck up any extra moisture so it dries up in a day. They get all the spots out and the pet?s odor out. They are very professional and amazingly friendly. They are very trust worthy. They are like the people you want to have for your friends. They applied scotch guard on all of the products. They also repaired the cushion on my carpet. I had a cushion in which the pet odor wouldn?t come out so they cut out a portion of it and put a sealer on the floor and replaced the padding. I had an extra piece of carpet so they put that in. It looks perfect now. You can?t even say it was put in.

Great service provider, he worked very hard to remove my most troubled areas, many times over. Unfortunately my carpet was all but ruined to begin with, but he still made a great improvment in appearance.

The two men, Manny and Tim, who came to clean the carpet were very nice and polite. They did their job fast with a great attention to detail. They moved furniture and replaced it afterwards. They took great care to protect my furniture from the damp carpet by putting plastic under the legs and foam squares under the antiques. My house looks so good! I am thankful for their expertise.

The best carpet cleaner that I have ever used.

The service I received from Expert Carpet Care was efficient, professional, and pleasant from first to last. They responded to my message promptly, made an appointment within the week, and Tim arrived on time and did a terrific job.

He was very knowledgeable and professional. His bid was a little higher than we wanted to pay.

They did a good job. The man that came was very courteous. He took a lot of pride in his work. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

The technician, Manny, was very courteous and professional. He laid out his hoses that were run from pumps in the truck which was parked in the driveway. He started in the back bedrooms; moved all furniture to one side of the room. Then sprayed an area, steam cleaned and then re-vacuumed. He did the same in all rooms and areas. Several stains in high traffic areas were removed in the process. The carpet looked really like new. At the end Manny brushed the carpet. The carpet was modestly damp, but not wet. All furniture with wooden legs were placed on a styrofoam square so that the damp carpet would not take up stain from the furniture. The job was overall outstanding and the carpet is completely clean (including stained areas) and looks fresh and like-new. This company is highly recommendable.

Called to have all carpets cleaned in a large two story house, including stairs. Jim came out and gave estimate and also recommended that a portion of the carpet needed stretching (it did need it). His people came out and used equipment that was hooked up to their truck/van (I always heard this was a better system for cleaning carpet). They spotted the areas that needed spotting and did an excellent job overall. Carpet was slightly damp from the cleaning but dried very quickly. They did not leave us with a wet carpet that took days to dry. His people were responsive to our concerns and made our carpet look like new. I would use his company again for any carpet cleaning needs I have.

Excellent. He is knowledgeable and a very nice person. He knows rugs and took care with all, but particularly with the antique rugs we own.

They were prompt and did a good job. They were very neat and very courteous. I would use them again. I got two estimates. The company I went with was more expensive, but because the owner came to talk to me in person I felt he cared enough to take care of my sofa.
