Best Appliance

Cisco did an excellent job. I was more than satisfied with his service. He was very helpful and informative when explaining what was wrong with both my washers. I will be using Cisco's Best Appliances business in the future as well as informing others.

People run don't walk to get service from this man. His name is Adrian. I told him what the digital read out was. He said give him 30 minutes and he would call back. He looked it up and told me what I had to do. I was driving so I made quick notes and when I got home 1 1/2 hour later, I did what he said and sure enough it started. I cannot believe that there are still people who when they could have taken advantage, two days before Xmas, from a desperate customer, did not. If I ever have another appliance problem, he will be the first person I will call. You should too. Best appliance on Artesia Blvd, in Bellflower, CA

My washing machine stopped advancing from "fill" to "agitate". As a result, it continued to fill and flooded my garage. I called Best Appliances and Cisco was at my home within 2 hrs. Of course................the washer worked fine !!!! He charged me a $45. service call and told me to call if it happened again. I loaded in some towels that were laying there and the washer instantly started to fill with water and he hadn't even pulled his truck away from the curb yet. I waved him back in, he diagnosed the problem, left to pick up the parts and installed them for an additional $80. Total of $125. to replace a knob and hose which I feel was just a bit too much (note, I have no idea what the going rate is or should be, just my opinion). Regardless, my washer was repaired the same day I called and is working great. He was very nice, professional and patient with my million questions. I will definitely hire Cisco again and recommend him to my friends and neighbors.

Very well. His first call was to evaluate and order the refrigerator hinges. He did give me an estimate of a couple of days to get the parts in which was longer because one was back ordered - something he could not have known. When he returned, he efficiently went to work replacing the hinges on a very heavy door by himself. He also looked at microwave and dryer on same call. Cleaned everything up, very professional.

Repaired washer. On Sunday our washer began to make funny noises (whining) and the load seemed unbalanced. Having a 6 week old son, a dog, 2 cats and my inlaws due to visit in a week I was frantic to be without a washer. I called Best Appliances first thing Monday morning Cisco came to our house and evaluated the situatuion just a few hours later. He was prompt and ontime. He even called to let me know he was on his way (very helpful having 3 pets and a newborn). Cisco found the problem and fixed it quickly. He even cleaned out the lint that was around the washer. Great service!!!!! UPDATE: After he left for a few hours I tried the washer and the hot water setting would not work. I called him back and explained the problem. He came back the next day to see what the issue was (of course it worked when he came back) he also noticed another issue (a loud noise) so he fixed that. He did not charge for the return visit or for fixing the new issue. WONDERFUL service!!! Will use them again.
