Description of Work: Sterling arranged two small deliveries, which most movers will not do. I was very appreciative of that service and might use Sterling again, but the air transport vendor that Sterling used was not a pleasant experience. They showed up for pickup with little notice and no identification. They showed up for delivery without the notice that was promised causing problems for the people receiving the delivery. They severely damaged one of the two deliveries for which claims have been filed.

Description of Work: The movers were very nice and did a great job of packing and delivering the furniture. On pickup the driver had some problems with his truck and was late in arriving. They kept in close touch but since the items were in a storage locker it was "nip & tuck" because the building and gates closed at 9:00 PM. The drop off went just fine. Our one surprise was the cost...we were quoted one price and ended up with one that was around $600 more. The stated reason was because I underestimated the number of items to be shipped.
