Pro-Line Garage Door Service

It was a pleasant experience. Mike was helpful and efficient. Now the door opens smoothly and quietly.

It went great. The gentleman fixed my garage door, put the rollers back on track, repaired the track and wires, loosen the springs, and lubricate everything. He was courteous, friendly and explained everything. I would recommend them.

Jimmy did a great job! I've already referred him to a friend and am having him check out another garage door for me in the next few days. Also, he had to climb over the gate on a ladder to get to the garage because the gardener had removed and held on to the gate key. The only reason for the 'B' rating on Quality is that he overlooked another of the windows which was cracked, but wasn't very noticeable. The tenant occupant who is about 6'6" saw it because it was in his direct line of sight.

I parked in my garage Thursday evening and as I was taking groceries from the back seat, I heard a loud snap. I looked up and saw the garage door spring snap apart. I tried to open the garage door on the manual setting and it would not budge. I was worried as to how could I get out the next morning to get to work. The first door repair service I called was already closed for the day. Luckily I called Pro-Line and Jimmy answered the phone. I explained what happened and he provided a quote with a warranty. He didn't have any technicians in my area at the time, but he was kind enough to come out himself so that I would be able to get my car out of the garage the next morning so that I could get to work. He arrived within 45 minutes, quickly diagnosed the problem, changed my springs, and had my garage door working again. Awesome Job! Thanks Jimmy!

He was beyond professional prompt courteous. This was an emergency last minute job and worked right within my deadline with an hour to spare.

The garage door opener install went extremely well. Jimmy and I spoke on the phone first and he was very patient and explained to me the various options for garage door openers. He explained to me the complete process and the difference in the motors. I had did my own research so I was prepared but it was great to talk to Jimmy and he explained things to me in more detail. Jimmy arrived on time and was prepared to complete the job. I was able to watch the install because I had never seen one installed before. Again, patient and explained to me what he was doing and the difference in my old opener ear and new one. The install was complete in 2 hours and that included the time Jimmy took to explain the new opener to me. I highly recommend Jimmy for his expertise, cleanliness and his awesome customer service.
