Description of Work: The service was fine, but the billing was a rip off. A $3.15 fuse was billed to me for $59.95, and a job that took less than 15 minutes was billed at $100 as a technical labor charge. It was 8 screws, 2 clamps to fix. The estimate was not provided, just work done. I disputed the charge with the owner, who replied, it was a fair billing.
