+ -1 moreThe plumber got there on time, which was a large issue, since the water was due to be shut off sometime that day. He introduced himself and asked me what the problem seemed to be. I told him that in two bathrooms we could not get any water to come out of the sinks and that there was an issue with some repairs that had been made in the attic. He went into the bathrooms and turned on the water faucet and saw that they were not working. He then took part of the plumbing of the sinks apart and cleaned them out and they worked. He had to make a return trip with a ladder to get into the attic. He was back in 15 mins. with the ladder and up in the attic inspecting the previous work. He said that everything was done properly and looked good. We were able to make the decision to go ahead with the purchase of the property due to their coming out.
Description of Work: The plumber came out to go over the plumbing in a house that I am in the process of buying which has some plumbing issues. He fixed the small issues that he could easily get to and came back to look at the harder to access places and gave me an estimate on those problems as we are not allowed to do any large repairs to the property yet.
