The owner Ralph answered the phone and came right over to give a quote. He gave a fair price for the repairs and scheduled a time to repair everything. Mr. Sanchez and his installers showed up on time and were very professional. He even coordinated with an electrician to install the electrical outlet correctly. The install was done on time and I have had no issues with the roof.

Called from work to schedule inspection/ estimate around july 20th. Before I even got home Ralph already visited the house, inspected and drew up a contract/estimate. (Home is about 1200 square feet) Cost was $6000 for job, 50% down payment, balance to be paid off in full on completion. Work began on 8/10. The old roofing was removed and exposed old style wood deck on east face of roof, and poorly installed and damaged wood deck at south side of house. I was notified that day and given additional estimate of $600 to correct the problems. The work was completed on 8/14, and i paid the $3600 balance. These guys did the job right, cleaned up every day. The owner was prompt and professional. Add to that the fact that temps in that week were in excess of 100 degrees. Awesome work and excellent price.
