+ -1 moreWe used Panter's for our flooring back in late 2013. Finally, we decided to use them again to remove our tile in our entryway and under our circular staircase. Dustin and Dave came out and did an outstanding job. The flooring matched exactly the previous hardwood floors they installed earlier. The floors now match and look amazing. Both guys were very professional and finished in only about 6 hours. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs - carpeting also which we had previously done in the bedrooms. I'm looking forward to having the bathrooms and kitchen done. Of course, we will use them again. Thanks to Shane and his crew!

Description of Work: They removed all of our old flooring (carpet and ceramic tile) within our 1400 sq ft home and replaced it with new carpets in the two bedrooms, and new vinyl tile (with grout) throughout the rest of the house (laundry room, kitchen, closets, two bathrooms, office, living and dining room.) We also ordered extra carpeting and they sent it to another company to have the edges finished off for area rugs. | The material selection process at the showroom - selection comparisons and discussion, price calculations, in-process changes to our order, were all handled professionally and pleasantly. We paid the obligatory 10% down at that time. | The quality of materials (silk carpets and vinyl tiles) are excellent and more beautiful on our floor than I expected from the small samples we saw in the showroom. Regarding the installers, the workmanship and the entire installation process, I could not have been more pleased. My husband's pre-install worry was that the grout lines wouldn't be perfectly straight running through all of the rooms -- but they are perfectly straight and level. | Several days before the installers came, I packed all of our movable items (books, desk-top computers, nicknacks, etc.) and stored them in the garage, and then the installers moved and stacked all of the furniture into one room. (My husband and I slept at a local motel during the 5 days of installation, and met the workers at our house every morning.) They, then covered everything in plastic before beginning the drilling process (to break up the old ceramic tile) and the sanding and patchwork to the cement slab to make sure that the tiles and carpeting would be level. The tile laying process was almost like a finely choreographed dance - selecting, measuring, cutting, and gluing each tile quickly to prevent the glue from setting before each tile was correctly positioned. | When the work was completed, they cleaned up and trucked away all of the trash, and replaced the furniture exactly as I directed. Then I drove back to the showroom and paid the remaining 90% of the cost. | The entire process and all of the people we dealt with were wonderful. I highly recommend them.

The results after their repair and refinishing is breath-taking and worth every penny. The house sold the first weekend it was offered. Sandy Panter was so easy to work with and her advice was spot-on every time.

Description of Work: A year ago we hired Panter's to replace carpeting with wood floors in one room and hallway. The floors were beautiful and the work so well done, we had them install wood floors throughout most of the house. Then we replaced two bathroom floors with travertine.

Scott came out to do the quote and was very detailed which was helpful as we didn't feel like there would be extras tagged on at the end. I worked with Veronica and Sandy on the quote and they were both very friendly and helpful. We went back and forth a few times on the quote as my husband and I couldn't decide on which rooms we wanted to do first, again - great customer service...they didn't get frustrated with us changing our mind multiple times. It was a pleasure working with them. We ran into a bump as one of the rooms we thought had original hardwood did not. Panter's was able to obtain the same style of wood that was in the rest of the house. When all was said and done the new wood matches the 100+ year old wood perfectly and the transition is seamless. They did an amazing job! The guys who worked on the floors were timely and responsive to all of my questions. They were very respectful of our home and the dustless sanding really was just that. I couldn't believe how clean the air and furniture was when the job was done. I would recommend Panter's to anyone needing flooring!
Description of Work: We had our original Douglass Fir wood floors refinished. They were covered by carpet and multiple layers of paint. The outcome was amazing! There are a few more areas of the house that need to be done and when we are ready we will definitely be going back to Panter's.

I visited their showroom in Banning, CA and was very satisfied with the options that I had for the cork. Panter's was at the house the next day taking measurments and prepared a bid which was delivered in an understandable format covering all the options that I wanted. I should say that much of our communication was done long distance as the cork would be installed in a home we had just purchased while we still lived far, far away. I instantly sized these folks up as people I could trust from afar. Bottom line, they did an exceptional job of installing the cork in an astonishingly short period of time! They were so efficient in the installation that there was little waste of material the consequence of this is they came in under the bid price! Just received a call today from Sandy Panter today making sure that I was satisfied with the installation. Yes, yes and yes. I recommend Panter;s Hardwood Floors without reservation! Thanks Panter's!!!

This is a top-notch organization and I've already recommended him to others. Shane. - the floors are ridiculous...and I mean that in the best way possible. I was overwhelmed with joy when I walked in...I knew they would look good but I had no idea they would look this good. The distressed boards, the variation in color/texture, the placement of the boards, the way the light hits the boards to show the distressed features, the quality of the work, the artistry that went into planning the layout, the quality of the product, the finishing touches your team took such care attending to...outstanding...I couldn't be happier. I also greatly appreciate the time you took to help me select the perfect product and how easy you made this for me...and you have a great team...so courteous, professional and so much passion for their work...thank you sooo much...it's amazing!

+ -1 moreShane and his crew did an absolutely wonderful job. Our new hardwood floors look amazing.. Everything was done professionally and with as little mess as possible. Of course I put Shane through some changes - typical woman stuff The pattern we chose is exceptionally nice; the crew installed the carpeting is on an 8 pound padding under the carpet and it is like walking on a cloud. I highly recommend Panter's for all your house projects. An honest company with talented workmen. You really can't go wrong. Fair prices also. One of his wood guys, Dustin, is an absolute gem. He installed his specially carved baseboards and even made wood steps for our circular staircase. He really takes pride in his work and actually enjoys creating wonderful wood carvings. The carpeting crew did a beautiful job installing the carpeting in the two bedrooms.
