I ( Ted Bigelow ) Love my work, that is why whin I start out in the moorning it is NOT going to work it is what I love to do. I "Play in the dirt". I have backhoes & bull Dozers to do any job large or small. I build individual driveways & single house pads, removing the brush & trees if neccesary prior, to installing the septic system, all the individual utillity lines ( power, water, gas, phone) right up to completion with the gravel & paving of the driveway & parking for your home or busssiness. I also do compleat land development and subdevision.

Wonderful from start to finish with no surprises. I would not have been able to even complete the paperwork to start the job, if it weren't for him.
Description of Work: Ted Bigelow construction did a job for me on my lots in Bangor. He made roads, house pads, graveled the roads, repaired my fences, and installed entry's to each lot with gates. He had to do a lot of tree trimming to make this all happen, and removed the debris. There were culvert pipes that needed to be installed in order to make the roads. He even helped me fill out all of the necessary paperwork with the county and Fish and Game, as I have some draws, and we were diverting water. He make a tough job easy and fun. He has a wonderful personality, and great attitude. He seems to just love what he is doing! I highly recommend him to everyone. He is very reasonable on his price without any last minute surprises, because I checked around and had other estimates. He knows what he is doing, and has been doing it for most of his life. He also scoped the land and found my property lines. He had the dozer, backhoe and even the dump truck for the final gravel Also the chainsaws, and fence pullers. Now I have some property that I can show when I decide to sell. He increased the value greatly. Thank you

As we are finding out to build a simple driveway now day there is a lot of "paper work" that will have to be compleated befor you can even start the work. It was a pleasure working with the member on her project, It takes some time explaning to my cliants how the scope of work will progress. Now day's while you are excavating the dirt & after your have compleated the project you have to keep in mind that you will have to addres erousion & sedemate problems or the develiper could be held liable with Dept of fish & game, and with the Dept. of water quality.
