+ -1 moreNorm Altshuler of Nogrehe Products is a miracle worker. When I spoke to him about the complications I encountered in the design of the countertop, he followed through with clarification phone calls, and making sure the product got to the site. He is wonderful to work with and makes suggestions. He doesn't keep harping on something when the customer says the choice is not an option. He keeps you informed on whatever is happening with the materials of the job.Presently he is looking for a Haze colored Caesarstone remnant slab but when his sources were bare, he called to let me know and was willing to call any other ones we suggested to get the product. I would use him again if I ever needed a counter top man.
Description of Work: Mike Harada of Harada Tiles works with Norm Altshuler of Nogrehe Products to fabricate a custom Caesarstone countertop for a unique bathroom design. Norm scheduled an appointment, was prompt, and brought samples. He follows through and doesan amazing job of completing an order. He really helps his tile ontractors and learns what the customer wants. He will call and drive to get the right materials. However, his price seemed high and he kept trying to get me to buy another color. I wanted haze Caesarstone and would pay for it but the price seemed high.
