+ -1 moreThe initial meetings and installations went really well. They seemed responsive, showed up (generally) when they said they would and were polite. It all seemed great until just over three months after the installation, my bathroom ceiling collapsed. The PVC drain pipes they installed didn't work and had been spilling water into my ceilings and walls since the unit was installed. I had $25,000 in repairs to the bathroom and adjoining bedroom. Not to mention the fact that I had to live without a bathroom for 3 weeks while it was fixed. To this day, the company insists the problem was caused by my not replacing the air filter and denies all liability. Therefore, they wouldn't fix the problem and I had to bring in another company to replace the pipes. I am currently suing them for damages/repairs.
Description of Work: They removed my old, broken furnace and vent, also dry walling over where vent was. Installed new furnace and A/C unit and ducting in attic.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE ON TIME, CAME WHEN HE SAID. VERY POLITE. HE CHARGED UP MY SYSTEM AND CHECKED FOR ANY LEAKS IN THE SYSTEM, HE WAS HERE FOR AWHILE, AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: THEY CAME TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY LEAKS IN THE AIR CONDITIONER.
