Did not go well. A song and dance act from the owner Jason and nothing done.

A okay. Tear down forgot to cover kitchen bent so I had to replace the fan and screens cause of the tar and dirt now stuck to the grease. That part sucked, but it happens. Only thing I believe went wrong and I'm impressed with the workmanship. Can't go wrong with a lifetime roof and 10 year workmanship warranty. Great competitive price as well.

This is an unusual review because I was not the person paying for the new roof. I have been renting this property for six years with no problems. The tear off crew was professional and careful to not damage any of my personal property. I later found out that the tear off crew is sub-contracted by Wilson Brother's Roofing. This makes sense, because the actual crew from Wilson Brothers was extremely unprofessional. The tear off crew warned me of possible dust in the garage and covered everything with plastic. This worked perfectly! I assumed everything would remain covered for the duration of the job. I was mistaken. The roofing crew from Wilson Brothers did not cover everything in the garage, nor did they inform me that the plastic was now removed. Had I known this, I would have purchased my own and covered my washer/dryer, speakers, bicycles, amplifiers, my daughter's toys, jet ski, along with many other personal belongings. The crew was cutting the wood for the new roof on top of the garage which resulted in huge amounts of sawdust embedding itself in everything in the garage. When I realized how much damage was done, the crew simply said they would blow the sawdust out of the garage with a leaf blower. This would obviously cause even more damage, so I refused. I contacted the company and was told a supervisor would call back. Nobody ever did. I cleaned and covered everything before I let them resume work. I have several pieces of audio equipment at the repair shop having dust cleaned out of them. All of the speaker cabinets are covered with the standard black speaker cabinet carpet. It's impossible to get all the sawdust off of them. There are several other roofing companies in Bakersfield. I urge you to use one of them. I am purchasing my own home in February. I can assure you, Wilson Brothers Roofing will never be allowed anywhere near my roof.

Gave a thorough estimate. Convinced me to hire them. Did the work quickly and correctly. Charged me a fair price. Did the one repair job for free.

The salesman was very polite and informative. When the work started the workers left trash around my yard, nails on the ground, left oil stains on my driveway that was promised to be removed and never was, an old satellite dish that was roofed around and never removed properly, and nothing was left as it was. The contractor came out and talked to me about what the scope of the work was going to be. There were 3 key things that I wanted done: install the new composite roof, reinstall solar water heaters on roof, and remove an old small satellite dish before the new roof was to be installed. When they finally removed the solar water heaters they let water fall into the house causing water damage and never said anything to me about it. I reminded the contractor that the water to the house ran through the heaters and then into the house but they capped the pipes and there was no hot water when I came home. I could not contact the contractor, via cellphone, so I left a message which was not returned until Monday. I had to call out a plumber which cost 500 dollars. Damage to the new roof happened when they reinstalled the water heaters and the water heater was not installed as it was before. I re-plumbed it myself so it did not look like a 5 yr old did it. They also roofed around the old satellite dish which I fixed by having another roofer come out. The supports for my smoke stack were never reinstalled I did it myself. All of the trash was left in my trash cans and I am still picking up nails a year later. The job took about three weeks and I had to contact the contractor at least 3 times to complain about their performance. The only thing good I can say is that the roof looks good. It was one of the biggest headaches of my life.
