Venable's Tree Service

Description of Work: We called Venable's for a quote. The quote was fair and they were able to come out that day. The crew was to pull up several tree's, which they did very quickly and cleaned up their before they left. My only problem was the miscommunication regarding a Japanese Elm, which was not to be pulled up.....it was the first to go. I had every intention of overseeing the job, but it happened so fast.

Description of Work: They trimmed my front Chinese elm tree which is 40 years old. We have to have it trimmed every other year and this company did the best job. They rounded out the limbs and cleared sucker growth. It looks gorgeous. They were fast! And they cleaned up All the mess. They made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I'll be using them again

Description of Work: Called at 2 PM on a Friday afternoon expecting to set up appointment for estimate the following week. Spoke with owner, and he had an assistant come by that day by 3 PM. Got the paperwork done and a seven man crew did the work the following Tuesday. They pruned and thinned 2 large trees that hadn't been touched in over 7 years, plus removed a small palm, and four other 4" trunk trees and some other smaller ones that were crowding garden and neighbor's fence line. Friendly crew and they finished in less than an hour, excellent clean up too. Will use them again when needed.

Description of Work: Fidel came over and gave me a price. I accepted and he said they would be over the next day. Now it's two days later. They never showed up. Not even a call. Never again.

Description of Work: I spoke with an employee by phone on 5/14 and we agreed for someone to arrive between 12:00 - 2:00 pm for a bid on 5/15. No one ever showed up or called.

Description of Work: Had a very large tree in my front yard with invasive roots. The grass was in terrible shape and my cement curbing was beginning to pop up all around the yard. I called Venable's Tree Service and they were here within the hour. Before I knew it, the tree was on its side and being cut up. The crew also removed a very similar tree from a side yard and trimmed up my Redwoods that are also on the property. After all the trees were removed the stump grinder took care of the rest. They did a great job and I would recommend them.

Description of Work: In my back and front yards they removed 2 large trees, trimmed 5 large trees, removed roots and surface roots, removed some trailing suckers which were very large, replanted a sega palm that was suffering. While they were here the neighbor had them prune a dying tree and they made it look like a brand new tree. The workers were courteous, thoughtful, experienced and fast. They left the place looking neat and tidy. You couldn't even tell where the large trees had been. I would highly recommend this company. It was a pleasureable experience from start to finish. (Not to mention the handsome workers were easy on the eyes.LOL.)
