Description of Work: We had 4 citrus trees that the trimmer had made a mess of last year. Venable's crew did a great job, they were done in less than an hour and the yard was cleaned up.They were all very professional from beginning to end. We will use them next year.

Description of Work: I contracted with them to remove two dead pine trees (30ft tall?) and grind the stumps, and remove several bushes in preparation for new landscaping. They arrived a little later than promised but not more than an hour. they made very quick work of the trees, stumps and bushes, and were done in under 3 hours - they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. my yard is now ready for the makeover.

Description of Work: We've been using Venables service for several years. They do a great job We have a 40 year old Chinese Elm and they trim, design, and hauled off all the cut tree branches/ leaves in both my yard and the neighbors. They were done in a little over 3 hours. I would highly recommend them for any tree service

Description of Work: They offered to trim some trees for $600, and promised to show up 3 days later. After several phone calls, I was told that they had fired their crew in Fresno, and were in the process of re-establishing it. They promised to perform the work after that happened. This was about 8 months ago, and I have heard nothing further from them.

Description of Work: They successfully removed two trees and trimmed evergreens. BUT when they ground out the stumps they broke a sprinkler and broke the cement edging. I called to complain and was never called back. I felt the manager should have overseen the work and either warned about the breakage, or avoided it.

I have some palms to trim and clean up and I will definitely use Venable's for that job as well. I've finally found a reliable tree service.

 + -1 moreWe had a large pine tree over looking our pool in the back yard that needed to be removed. They came in through a narrow space and were able to remove the tree, keep the pool fairly free of debris while cutting it down (they brought a large tarp and covered the pool) and they were done in one day. They also cut up the wood and left it for us for firewood. The only complaint is that a piece of equipment leaked oil as it was taken out of the yard, and while they did not offer to clean it up themselves, they did offer a solution to clean it up. Other that that, I would highly recommend them for services. They were prompt in their original visit and giving us an estimate and got the job done right away.

Description of Work: Eldon Venable came out the day before and gave us an estimate to take out 5 stumps and a large tree. His grandsons came out the next morning when scheduled and completed the job within and hour. They were extremely polite and communicative. I really appreciated all their advice and services. Then Eldon came back at the end of the service and asked how everything went. What a wonderful family ran business! Love helping the local people out!
