I've been with him ever since I've lived in this house which is 24 years. I totally understand that it somehow just takes longer for him to come out than others. Some situations just can't.

They don't dilute their pesticides so it works really, really well. One time a chemical they used was diluted and the wrong thing and we ended up with roaches, not inside but outside. They were the big water bugs. We called them and they immediately came back and said we were planning on coming back because we knew we had a problem. Two or three other yards had called. They didn't hesitate they were right back here and fixed it. We have a pretty big lot and they soak it and keep it soaked this time of year. The keep the fleas from coming in, they knock down cob webs and do most of the services that you hear people advertise. They bill monthly and are very friendly when they come out. They don't interrupt you but will talk to you and give information if they change chemicals. They have to do that sometimes because bugs become resistant. They give us traps for mice and they also do snails and bait. We have been using them for ten years and we wouldn't trade. the price hasn't changed in ten years.
