On time. Had parts on truck and repaired and gone in little over 1hr.

I was completely shocked that I called on a Monday morning and the plumbing problems I had were repaired within two hours of making the call. The plumbers were polite, informative, professional. I recommend Robo Plumbing highly and will call them again.

Arrived quickly, got right to the job and finished quickly.

Jason and Pedro were wonderful to work with. Appeared on time and were very courteous. Explained in detail what needed to be done and completed the task quickly. I thought the cost was reasonable. I have already recommended Robo to a friend.

Was fortunate that there were no parts needed to the three projects. They arrived within the time frame agreed to and finished the work quickly. Its unfortunate that small businesses in California have to charge a high service fee to cover their overhead.

They were wonderful! I think their names were David and Jason. Clean, polite, fast, made the problem go away! Took the time to find the problem and fixed it. Half day from call to finish -- couldn't have asked for better.

Customer service was excellent. On time for appointment. Explained to us they might have replace the shower valve (kids shower) but wanted to try replace parts inside valve first. The parts did the job, no leaks. We wanted the same matching handle on the shower to match the two sinks (2- tone gold/ chrome). The plumbers called the manufacture, too bad the manufacturer discontinued the part. We settled on a nice chrome one that Robo Plumbing had in stock, looks great. Professional from the making the appointment, on time, appearance of the work van, uniforms, energetic employees with experienced knowledge and respected my home without making a mess. Thanks Robo Plumbing! Great job!

Great experience and very knowledgeable.

They responded quickly to fix a leak on my bath/shower. They had to drill a hole through the bedroom wall to access pipes however they were not able to repair the hole in the wall. The plumbers were very prompt and professional

I felt really good about this company until the plumber started telling me that the price was usually 1700.00, and they GAVE it to me for 650.00 which I know is not true. I had a second project that I was going to hire them for until the Plumber kept talking about how the real price was a lot more than what I got charged. He acted as if I made them quote me that price. I had to call them back out because they did not level my bathtub or put caulking around the base, One of the plumbers was arguing about leveling the tub and the other one was talking over the top of me. After the second trip I realized they did not caulk around the base of the pedestal for the sink either. I will do it myself 900.00 later
