Well I would think pros like you would know to cover my old toilet with a large trash bag instead of splashing toilet water all over my living room carpet. And when you mixed the cement on my front yard bricks and didnt clean your mess.Also I think your prices are to high for the low income people. I will not be calling you again for my house plumbing.

400 dollars for $30 in parts and 15 minutes of labor. No thanks. If I was not in a jam, I would have gone elsewhere or done it myself.

Although they were here on time and got the repair done quickly, I believe I was charged double of what it actually should have cost. Problem was leaking corroded hot water pipe inside wall at hot water heater. Repair job took two hours of fairly easy work (including a trip to Lowe s around the corner) and about $50 worth of parts. I was charged $875. So although I was happy that they got here on time, very professional, and got the job done, $875 for two hours didn t make me happy. Note, that did not include drywall repair.

They are very fast and reliable. They were at my house for a clogged drain within an hour or so.
